Sign says freshly baked bagels, however everything else is microwaved in front of the customers, $9 for a microwaved egg and meat option they should be ashamed of themselves cooking food in a microwave then charging people money for it. Overhyped, 2 stars.

Hands down the best place to get a bagel, especially the Lox and bagel. I absolutely love the customer service, especially Kaydence….I believe that’s her name, she has gorgeous red hair!!! Thanks for serving our community with great customer service!!

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I’m rating low due to the extremely rude girl behind the counter (shorter gal, red hair). There are other reviews complaining about her as well. I had a similar experience as others had with her. I’m surprised they would employ someone like this, I’m thinking she must be a family member? My first time in Durango; everyone else in the shops and restaurants were super friendly and helpful, this was the only negative experience. We would not return.

I’m celiac and have had a good experience with this place once before. The first time I went they made sure to change gloves and not contaminate my order. This time, today, my boyfriend went in to get the bagels and watched as the person preparing mine didn’t change gloves, used the same cutting board, and cut the bagel with the same knife-after making eye contact with my boyfriend while brushing the knife off on the side of the cutting board. Keep in mind the

Heard about this place last min and I am glad we found it. Loved the assortment of fresh soft bagels and cream cheeses. I had the onion bagel, which seems to be hard to find on stores, and it was amazing with the veggie cream cheese, my friend had the Asiago bagel with sundried cream cheese and it was delicious. I’ll definitely be back next time I am in town.
