I first ate at the Dunneville Market last October, and my husband and I had lunch there last week. On both visits, I ordered a delicious fried chicken sandwich, and my husband said, “I’ve never tasted a tri-tip sandwich like that!” It is our new favorite casual eatery in the area.

The flowers on the patio look pretty.

The tri tip was very flavorless, I had to add salt to it.
The sandwiches were expensive, the meat wasn’t juicy or had much flavor, the sandwiches came with no sauce so they were very dry (you could add bbq or ketchup there if you want), and you had to pay extra to add any toppings like lettuce or pickles. The bread was also pretty basic and airy.
So all together it was a pretty lame sandwich.

Got the large tri tip sandwich. It was delicious, but not worth $20+. And you only get one sauce. Not enough. Definitely should get 2 with the large. Also grabbed this soup mix to make at home. They had a few options to choose from. Great people working there with a smile. Quick service

Tried their tri tip sandwich on my first visit because it was recommended, and it was great! Look forward to trying more of the menu next time. Awesome local spot with nice outdoor ambience and one of the best tri tip sandwiches I’ve had in a while, no hesitation in recommending!

Staff is super friendly and ready to take your order. Sandwiches are a good size. I got the trip tip and the meat was delicious. Super soft and tasty. They also sell random things that are hard to find. Good selection of drinks including alcoholic drinks. They sell local items like Marianne’s ice cream and “That Garlic stuff”. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to take pictures

Update: Tried their calamary sandwitch and loved it. Basically a squid schnitzel 🙂
Excellent sandwiches if you like meat . Try top and pulled pork were a hit with my kids. Not great options for non meat eaters.

Had incredibly moist tri tip sandwiches on a Saturday afternoon.

We went back and had a fried chicken sandwich, onion rings, and the cowboy burger (added bacon)

The fried chicken sandwich was our favorite item yesterday. It was crispy, steaming hot and moist. Definitely highly recommended to try!

The cowboy burger was really good, too. The meat was moist and flavorful and was even better with some added bbq sauce.

We also bought some of their frozen sausage to take home (see pictures).

We did get bummed when we ordered potato salad and paid for it, and then they told us they were out when they brought our food to us, so we got onion rings as a replacement. We arrived at 11:50am and they sold out of potato salad already!?!?

The order taker was not pleasant towards us. She was rushing us and should have known that there was no more potato salad before selling it to us. She didn’t smile once while taking pir order, but she smiled when helping others, so maybe she didn’t like us for some reason.

A friend from work recommended this place and I am glad I came. I ordered the tri tip breakfast sandwich and it was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have had. I was also able to enjoy it with a beer from the market inside. I’m definitely coming back
