Today there were 2 workers when we walked in and we were the only ones in line, and there was one car in the drive thru. One worker was directly across from the ordering counter, facing away making something in the oven, so ridiculously slow-mo that it had to be purposeful. They were making it a point to not turn and face the counter, just sidestepping to move about the serving area.
The other one appeared to be making orders, again at a snail’s pace. We stood at the counter for SEVEN MINUTES and were not greeted, not made eye contact with, but completely ignored by both. We walked out because it didn’t seem anyone was interested in the line building behind us.
I’d’ve stood there for a while longer if anyone had even bothered to acknowledge us. Such good coffee and absolute garbage service. ☹️

This is the $7 burrito??? The wait in the drivethrew took almost Ten mins and the price was far to high for the quality of food received. I haven’t been to Dunn Brothers before but I don’t feel I’ll try again.

Dunn Bros is nothing short of exceptional, living down south it’s always a treat when coming back to the Midwest. I came everyday while on business and a big shout out to Kasie, she has been absolutely fantastic, she went above and beyond and providing customer service you don’t rarely find these days. Overall an exceptional experience.

I love Dunn bros coffee and it’s the reason I come out of my way to get it at this location. However, every time I get this one employee in particular (which is often) she is very rude and switches her tone instantly if you ever ask for two separate orders which has never been a problem anywhere else. I try not to let it get to me but definitely not a great start to my day when I’m just trying to get a simple latte!! No matter how nice you are in return she is rude.

Dunn Brothers was my favorite coffee place to go to. It was small but the atmosphere was warm and relaxed. The menu was wonderful and the coffee top notch. And then they moved to a different location. Beings I’m from out of town, I couldn’t wait to check out the new place and have one of my favorite sandwiches and coffee. The new DB’s is in a Grocery Store. It Is huge in area and empty of character with a cold and impersonal atmosphere . The menu is mostly gone except for a few breakfast items. What a disappointment. The coffee was still delicious as ever but when it comes down to it I don’t care if I ever go back.

Received ice cold food in the drive I said something and got attitude back denying it was cold. Told her to take it back and feel it for herself and she got snappy and said I’ll grab another. Also ordered a soda infusion with cream and she tried to hand it to me and and I said it’s missing the cream and got an eye roll and she dumped it mostly out and I got basically a cup of cream. Food was eeh even after getting a hot one. I was the only person in the drive thru so it wasn’t busy

They say they’re open 7am-7pm but that’s just a blatant lie. Went there ~3:30. Closed. Tried ~3:00. Closed. Tried ~2:30. Closed. Their cold brew is my favorite but they’re literally always closed at every time that is convenient for me, despite claiming to be open at those times.

1st time at this location! I was sad to see the 25th st. S location close down. Very friendly and knowledgeable barista. She gave lots of ideas and ended up with some wonderful coffee. Bonus points for their deals on Wednesday for doctors, nurses, community workers, bankers, teachers, and construction workers! I’ll definitely be coming back.
