Ordered a sandwich with the plant based protein and was not told or informed by employee or menu board. But then got charged a lot extra. Sandwich was pretty poor quality, aesthetically, taste wise, and accessibility. Parking lot is extremely inefficient.

I used to leave 20 minutes early to get a coffee before work when I would go to Starbucks. I decided to try Dunn Bros as it’s right by my house and I had ordered, paid, and had my drink in under 2 minutes. I was so impressed and the iced Cookie Butter Nirvana was delicious. The girl working the drive thru window was very nice. New favorite coffee spot!

Use to go here a lot because its down the street from us but they must have had a change over in employees because yesterday i ordered a medium steamed nirvana and it 75%foam. Today my bf went to pick up mcdonalds and i asked him for a coffee too and he got the coffee at dunn brothers but he might as well have picked it up from mcdonalds it wasnt good. Will not be returning.

Stopped here with my wife and had a coffee. My coffee lid wasn’t on very well and made a mess all over. Had to go to the restroom to clean up my shirt. But the coffee was good.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews but…Waited about 7 minutes for the person behind the counter to acknowledge me. She was on her phone and I’m a little confused because there was no one else there. Finally get my order – just a double shot to try their espresso. I think this may well be the worst espresso I’ve ever had. Deeply burnt and grainy. Pretty unfortunate. I ended up going to another coffee place to get the taste out of my mouth. It is what it is I guess, I’m sure the things that aren’t straight espresso are fine, but I won’t be going back.

Stopped here on a coffee date with a beautiful young woman and had one of the best coffees I’ve ever had as well as a breakfast burrito. As we were there, enjoying ourselves and chatting with some of the other locals, a very rude gentleman came in and started complaining about something or another. The staff handled it with Grace and respect while he did not. I really appreciate their customer service. I will definitely be going back and hoping that dude does not show his face again

The staff here is wonderful. I accidentally ordered a drink that wasn’t vegan. I called to change my pickup time and told the young lady working my name and my order. She then told me that she didn’t think it was vegan, but she would look it up and give me a call back. She actually called me back and let me know that it was not a vegan drink. She then offered another option which turned out to be really good. That was amazing customer service! I’ve been to a lot of restaurants and fast food joints in the US and Abroad, and I have never experienced anything like it. They were fantastic! This location definitely has my business.

I used to love coming to this coffee shop. But I’ve left the last two times a bit angry. One time, I was the only customer and it took 10-15 minutes for a simple coffee with cream in the Drive-Thru. (This was after I said it was fine to give me a different roast that was already brewed.) This time, I nearly slipped on their un-shoveled walkway and was then ignored by 2 chatting employees for a few minutes while nobody else was at the counter and just one car was at the window. I ended up leaving before ordering.
