Whenever I come here it is such a pleasant experience. They are apparently understaffed, but the staff here are so so kind and thoughtful. It feels like community, the way i see them chat with people and customers! And the inside is very cute and cozy. Tried protein in my drink. Pretty goood.

This cafe is super cute in the inside. Smells so good of freshly ground coffee and the coffee ☕️ itself is quite good. Plenty of seating. Nice, positive, relaxed atmosphere. I had the Vanilla Nirvana and it’s really refreshing. The customer service was fast, friendly and helpful. Thank you for the pleasant experience

I would much prefer to get a drink from a Dunn Bros over any other coffee shop, but unfortunately this location has poor hours. Once or twice a week I want a coffee in the afternoon while running errands and it seems they close earlier every time I look. Definitely missing out on a lot of afternoon clientele by closing at noon.

This is by far the nastiest Dunn Brothers I’ve ever been to. The floors are stained, equipment looks broken, and the place feels filthy overall. Employees were on their phones and vaping behind the counter, which is completely unacceptable in a food establishment. The coffee was terrible and customer service was just as bad. I honestly don’t understand how this location is still open. It looks like it needs an immediate health inspection. I wish I could rate zero stars.

I order two of the specialty nitro nirvanas. Unfortunately this location makes them different. The nitro was mixed with the cream. The cream is supposed to be whipped and at the top. It’s way creamier than cold foam. Made right, and it’s amazing and I haven’t had anything like it before! I wanted to show a friend this new item, but it was very frustrating to pay $14 and have them get made incorrectly. I wouldn’t order them if this is what it was; it’s not that good. That makes sense now when she asked if I wanted ice with it… If you want the very best version of it, I highly recommend the Stillwater location! That’s the only location I’ll get it from now on (I’ve been to other locations, this was just easily the worst). The people at this location were nice though!

Cant say enough positive things about this place! Coffee is always delicious and consistent, bakery items are sooo good, and staff is attentive and kind. I also love the selection of handmade items for sale at very reasonable prices (a steal for the quality of work to be honest). Highly recommend.

Ordered white mocha pistachio nirvana and some food items. Nirvana wasn’t made like other Dunn Brothers locations, but it was good and the food was OK. The staff wasn’t the friendliest.

Food and drinks were certainly 5 star worthy. I did an order online and pick up order, but the customer service during pick up was stellar as well. My family and I ordered several breakfast sandwiches, a fruit refresher, and some lattes. The reason I gave 3 stars though, is because one of my sandwiches had the wrong protein (turkey bacon instead of turkey sausage as requested), and there was a piece of paper on my sandwich; the paper attached to the cheese was not completely taken off, so I bit into a piece of paper.

I live in Minneapolis and spend a lot of time in non-chain trendy coffee shops. However — I’m often in this area and have loved spending time at this Dunn brothers. Coffee is great. It’s cozy (fireplace upfront) and so far has always had a table to work at, wifi that works and outlets for laptops. Everything I value in a coffee shop 🙂
