Worst Dunn Brothers location hands down. Came in with 3 emails and mobile app confirming a mobile pickup order and they stated they didn’t receive it and would not honor it despite me having 4 different forms of proof! Cancelled the order to try and reorder again and then the location was listed as closed, despite me being in the store as it is clearly open. Infuriating experience, and after spending 40 minutes there trying to get my dang drinks, I was with zero drinks, out $18 and completely stressed… on New Year’s Eve. Bagged it and went to Dunkin and had a 5 star experience and surely better coffee! In good news, because your shop ended my 2025 so unfathomably disappointing, 2026 can only go uphill from here!!!! WILL NEVER RETURN!

The worst coffee shop we have visited. We felt so unwelcome, like we were bothering the people working and I’m guessing they were the owners. They could learn some thing about customer service at the Dunn Brothers in Elk River. We left and came to Panera in Apple Valley. All are welcome here.

The Apple Valley Dunn Brothers location is absolutely Fantastic! The owners are so kind and the staff is amazing. The service and coffee + food is always exceptional whether I order to go or eat at the coffee shop.

I honestly was so excited to try this spot for coffee, and both times I have visited the coffee tastes so burnt, milk is expired, and overall some of the worst I’ve had in a long time. Don’t recommend for the area.

I endured a 37-minute wait for a basic breakfast item—a simple piece of toast topped with avocado spread, egg, and bacon. To make matters worse, the waitress was incredibly rude. To top it all off, the toast had hair on it, which was absolutely disgusting!
