Usually good, but I’ve had a few subpar experiences with an older, curly-haired woman who works there. One morning, I couldn’t have waited more than three seconds before speaking at the drive-thru, and she said “helloooo” in this condescending voice. That may have been the day she burned the bottom of my sandwich. Sounds like she needs a different job.
I’ve also never had a coffee drink from them which was a true standout. Best thing I’ve had is a Red Bull infusion with banana flavoring.

I recently went to Dunn Bros attached to festival foods in Hugo and had a lovely experience with Julie and her counterpart (i missed getting her name but she wore glasses and had long brown curly hair in a pony tail). Both were very friendly from the get go and we had great conversation (this was in the afternoon while it was slower- they both had a great aura to them that you don’t always get from other franchises). the caramel apple chai was phenomenal and the panini i got was also delicious. i will be going back again 🙂

Super friendly team always happy to make you an amazing latte or coffee. And the best part is the beans are crazy fresh because the roaster is literally about 10 feet from the cappuccino machine! Love this place!

11/9/24 at about 8:30am. I’ve been buying coffee beans from this location for probably 2 years. They’ve always offered a free coffee, I’ve always asked to sub the coffee for a shot of espresso (I asked the same today). Usually the woman in the drive through says “sure can”. This particular morning however was different. I could barely hear the person through the speaker outside so I had to ask her to repeat herself, no problem until I get to the window. I asked if something has changed where she couldn’t couldn’t sub the coffee for the espresso. She says they’ve never subbed the free coffee for espresso and I had not been buying coffee beans from this location for two years….with an ATTITUDE out of nowhere. Then she accuses me of saying that she doesn’t know how to do her job. I’d love the opportunity to sit down with management or ownership of this location. Great espresso by the way! LOL

Very nice place to meet up with my friend. Employees always greet us with a warm welcome. Service is great. One employee knows what I want to drink without me ordering. When I approach the counter she quickly says “Chamomile Tea, today?”. The bagels are fresh & yummy.
