I was in New Richmond for a business appointment, and I wanted a nice coffee shop to sit down and relax in. This location seemed to be the only one in town with decent seating and I wasn’t disappointed! Staff was friendly, quick, and the muffin and coffee were delicious! I’d recommend.

This coffee rocks! Love ev.e.ry.thing. The coffee smells are worth coming in for alone. Try the Espresso or the Headless Horseman. Even the decaf is amazing and worth trying. You can even purchase freshly roasted beans or have them custom grind for you. Super friendly staff too. My favorite coffee place in NR. And the sandwiches do not disappoint either…made to order and hearty.

Just made out order through the drive thru. No issues. Then we sat at the window for close to 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff, other than the occasional glance. This isn’t the first time we have has to wait an extremely long time there. They usually charge your card, then make you wait, so you have no choice but to stay.
The quality of coffee and drinks here has gone way down recently, as well.
I would suggest Starbucks across the street. Or just hit McDonalds. Wherever you go you won’t have to deal with some of the rude people that now work at Dunns.
I honestly think they stopped caring when Caribou and Starbucks came into town.

By far my favorite coffee joint! This place offers consistently great coffee, and has my favorite food options in the area! Highly recommend the bacon grilled cheese. Staff is friendly and helpful!
