This place is my favorite! I went all the way to Charleston to visit Dunleavy’s pub! Jamie was a great bartender! We had such a great conversation about our hometown West Haven! The beers were frosty and we even got some Dunleavys merch to wear back home. I can’t wait to go back next year! I highly recommend!

Came two nights in a row. First night was good and my server was sweet. The second night I sat at the bar with 2 friends. We wanted to get some drinks and hang out, but after 1 drink the bartender refused to serve us again and said that it was against the law to serve more than 1 drink within 10 mins. That is completely false. We sat there while she served multiple other guests and refused to serve us. She wouldn’t even bring us popcorn.
Its extremely unfortunate since I drove a full day with the excitement that this bar was good. I will not be wasting my money and time coming here again if that’s how they take care of customers.
That behavior literally defeats the point of consuming alcohol, destroys the group moral, and ruins the night for us.
Despicable behavior as a bartender. Would recommend driving anywhere else for drinks.

You will find the freshest pint of Guinness in all of Charleston right here! Fun and laid back atmosphere with hot, fresh popcorn to go with your pint. Food is good and service is friendly. This is just a fun place to hang out and our “go to” place whenever we are in the vicinity of Sullivan’s Island.

I can’t hate for being a fighting Irish bar.. The Smithwicks was good. The popcorn is great. The Reuben was ok.. the Teriyaki wings were the worst wings I have ever had in my entire life. I have never not asked for a box for wings ever. They need pulled from the menu

Super great experience! I went there a few nights back by myself to grab a beer. Nice atmosphere. Friendly service! I think my servers name was Bobby, she was super great. Cash only pub, but they have an atm! Will come back soon! Would love to see more veggie options or diff bar food sides on the menu.

This place was awesome! I walked in to cool off from a hot beach and was greeted with a very attentive and caring server. The owner, Jamie, took the time to talk to me and made me feel welcomed. It was easy to understand why there was a crowd on a Wednesday during the day. Looking for good food and even better people? Definitely the place!!
