I frequent this dunkin quite a bit I like the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich lately it’s like buying a regular egg and cheese croissant!! There’s nothing sweet black and peppery about. It!! And when I brought it to the young lady attention and Asked if there was a way that I could get more of it she said that it’s not a seasoning and I can’t put more bacon on it sorry(her attitude was VERY dismissive and sassy and those were her exact words) now there was only 3 small pieces of bacon on the sandwich from the get go!! Most people would like what they’re paying for especially at the prices that it’s being sold.So I opted to get my money back and go spend it somewhere else ….

I visit this location 3 or 4 times a week and order the same thing. Once they gave me the muffin glad I don’t have food allergies. This morning they sold me burnt coffee.. few of the staff are friendly. But for the most part they are not. Guess I’ll have to start back making my own coffee or go out by way to a different location.

I ordered a medium Americano with cream. It’s one of the best Dunkin coffees I’ve ever had plus the employees were friendly and attentive. An excellent beginning for a new location.

We got a small latte and a brown sugar shaken espresso. Both of the drinks had burnt taste. Either their espresso machine is broken or it’s not cleaned properly.

I absolutely despise giving one star ratings, but I also acknowledge that it is beneficial for the growth and development of the company to receive such reviews in hopes that it improves. I ordered and they got the order wrong to the extent that it could have been detrimental to someone’s health. Sugar free sometimes is very necessary but when the employee feels like it’s not a big deal, it becomes even more of a big deal. If the customer order something at a discounted rate and the employee gets it wrong, I don’t believe it is appropriate to charge them the full rate in the process of correcting the mistake.

Usually friendly Staff, but one lady was super standoffish and not friendly at all. When I tried to tell her about the dunkin members reward, a free breakfast sandwich with a purchase of a medium drink for reward members she was unwilling and tried to give me a hard time. Didn’t get her name, but was middle age? With brown hair and dark eyes. Definitely the unfriendliest staff I’ve encountered at that location.

Stopped in on the 4th of July at 12:30 p.m. and waited 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me then told me I was standing in the wrong spot to order. Then went to that area and waited another 5 minutes to order a simple chicken wrap sandwich. There were 4-5 girls working and were not very busy at the time. Their main concern seemed to be restocking supplies and cleaning all while keeping their backs to the customers and not making any contact at all. Waited 20 minutes when the girl brought my food did not say whose order was up or what it was just said nothing and walked away? Extremely dissatisfied with the service and friendliness.
Will not be back.
