I am not a Dunkin’ Donuts girl, but I didn’t want to backtrack today so I stopped for coffee. It was busy! The drive thru went fast. The man working the drive-thru was so nice and friendly. Smiling, said have a good day. It made my day. It’s rare to see that anymore. I’ll be back based on that interaction alone

First off, big kudos to the owner of the store, amazing gentlemen, always making things right and always in a good mood, these are the little things I look forward to on my commute to work. From the consistency of the coffee and food items, to the welcoming interactions this is the best Dunkin in all of Northwest Ohio…period. I never questioned an order, never had to wait too long, even when they got a line out to conant street!! The morning crew here makes sure you are taken care off!! I always look forward to the festivities and the way they decorate the store, it is smaller than most stores but boy do they outshine the rest!! Amazing job to everyone there, other stores should take notes ️

If you ever need some Classic Dunkin, definitely stop by the Maumee Location! The service is unbelievable and the food is always amazing! With 4 of us we have a pretty large and very different order and the always get it right and do it with a smile on their faces! Recommend all day!

My niece wanted the Wicked tin and they were out but was still charged for it and not sure if he was the owner or manager but he was very sincere in his apology and I will be back. He gave her some free donuts and to call to get a refund. He didn’t have to do any of that. And this is why I’m never mad or mean to retail employees cause it is not their fault on what’s on the app when ordering. Please be nice this season to the people who are doing you a favor on working on a holiday.

So I come here pretty often now that I’ve moved and it’s close to me. They’re almost always super polite and attentive, they are extremely fast. Really my only complaint is lately they’ve been playing gospel/religious music and just really not my vibe and also seems weird to hear in a place that’s not Hobby lobby and in an chain restaurant … not sure who’s in charge of the music selections, especially in the early evenings, but I feel bad for all of the employees having to listen to that on an extended basis

I’m there at least 2 or 3 times every week within 15 minutes of them opening up in the morning, and they are always kind, wonderful people. I have never had a bad experience. The food is always quick, it’s always hot, it’s always delicious, and the coffee is always consistently made the same.

I came in this morning on 6/6 – free donut day! The line wrapped around the building but when I tell you they had me in and out of that line in less than 5 minutes. What a stellar crew! Everyone was so kind and my drink and food was excellent!
