I come to this location at least once a week and I order the exact same order. Today I went through, placed my normal order and when I picked it up it was totally wrong. The color, taste and everything was off. My husband pulled back around the drive thru and politely told the lady working that our coffee was wrong and asked to have it re-made. We pull around and she’s immediately getting an attitude, goes and presumably makes another and comes back with the exact same thing she tried to give me the first time, again it’s wrong. Again, I get this exact coffee weekly and I drive 40 minutes from Munfordville just to get this coffee! At this point I’m upset and I just want my coffee made right and she proceeds to tell me she knows it’s right, she’s the store manager! But it’s not right and I’m frustrated because it tastes bitter and disgusting and I just paid for that after driving all that way! Very disappointed with my coffee but most importantly that just anyone can become the store manager even when they have zero customer service skills. If you’re wanting coffee just probably go somewhere else

Mobile order on a Sunday while traveling through. Did drive through pick up. Ordered a simple cold brew with 1 pump vanilla and chocolate cold foam. Picked up almost as soon as I ordered. Cold foam was almost non existent. Didn’t want to give me a straw. (It’s hard to ride and drink from an “open” cup). Also ordered a $2 for 10 munchkin special. Only two types (only variety they had per not so friendly window person), and they were extremely stale (almost like 2 day old).

Although you order the same drink every time, you get a different tasting drink every time and they aren’t similar. Could be super bitter and disgusting or perfect. You never know! Today I went and my drink was good but not what I ordered. Even if you add extra cream etc it’s never in your cup. It’s a struggle at this Dunkin.

Dounts are just okay. Hot chai latte, terrible! Was not HOT and taste like water and milk with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Very disappointing! Service was great. Girls were all friendly and place was clean.

I arrived at 6:15 PM and noticed that the door was locked, even though two ladies and another customer were inside. After a couple of minutes, one of the ladies came to the door and opened it. She explained that they were busy, but I was confused because there was only one car outside and one customer inside. I don’t understand why the door was locked. Before I arrived, I also saw one of the ladies throw out the garbage, and I suspect she locked the door afterward. I found this very disrespectful.

i’ve tried this location 3 times now. 3/3 orders were made wrong. breakfast sandwiches missing things/sauces, stale donuts, never a drink made right (coffee or refreshers). Do yourself a favor and drive 10 more minutes to a better location.

Consistently have issues with this Dunkin’. This was my “mint tea with sugar” this morning— coffee with mint tea bags tossed in. Attempted 3 different ways to contact customer service with no luck. Disappointing and disgusting.

I ordered their food today for the first time ever.
It was a Total disappointment and a waste of money.
Everything on their menu has been or cooked elsewhere. That means everything is microwaved in the store.
The egg bites were ok but like rubber and heated processed cheese.
Run from the avocado toast. I couldn’t describe it, perhaps some type of discarded alien slime.
I couldn’t force myself to but it it was visually disturbing.
The sourdough breakfast sandwich was an incredible joke. The whole thing was nuked.
Rubber like eggs and bacon. So with all the money I just spent nothing was eatable.
I had to resort to eating a can of chili beans to curb my hunger.
It’s a shame Americans are getting screwed over by these companies.

i came in tonight and the girl in purple hair and the guy long hair and mia. they are very kind when they greeted me at the door the place was clean very friendly and they made my drinks right and i had no problem.
