This is just about that young black girl today (2/22/26). She’s been at this Dunkin’ for quite a while and her attitude always sucks. She’s literally the only one like this. Please teach her some customer service skills. She doesn’t greet, she closes the door super quick before grabbing everything needed, etc. I get it’s cold right now, I’ve been in the same position but still having customer service skills goes a long way. Even in the summer, she’s the exact same way. Please help her do better. Seriously. I feel an attitude coming every time she’s at the window cause I already know how she will be and I’m proven right every time.

This was my 3rd time giving this place a chance. When they first opened they were great, something happened, I have t been back for a few months after my 2nd god awful shake and thought I’d give it one more try. But nope my mint chocolate chip shake was just like drinking milk. It was thin and crappy and my son’s chocolate shake was just as bad. For $20 for 2 shakes they need to be SHAKES! Not the consistency of skim milk …. I’ll continue to go to rainbow cone.

Terrible Management and Unprofessional Staff
My experience at this Dunkin’ was awful. The management is absolutely horrible, and it’s clear that even the staff members don’t treat each other with respect. The manager on duty was especially unprofessional and rude. It’s disappointing to see such poor leadership and teamwork, definitely not the kind of service you’d expect from Dunkin’. I won’t be returning.

I ordered a medium black hot coffee with caramel . Simple right well it taste like watered down coffee. Black coffee is strong and with a.shot of caramel it’s the bomb. Well it was the bomb in a less explosive way. Dang and it bad when you carve something and its terrible

It seems the coffee is fresher and doesn’t taste burnt like the ones on my neighborhood. So I drive a bit farther to this one. I recommend. I don’t like coffee taste, but I need it and this place makes it taste good..not bitter and not watered down. Love this place.
