This establishment goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. After having difficulties with the drive-through intercom, the worker welcomed us inside to place our order, despite the restaurant portion being closed. He was working by himself but he was efficient in taking and making orders, as well as going out of his way to greet and service me. 10/10 I will be returning.

I often go to this Dunkin and it’s always great. I recently inquired about getting a special order for a small baby shower a few days ago (donuts with blue frosting and sprinkles) The older gentleman said they’d have them ready, didn’t even take my name but assured me they’d be done. When I got there, today they had them ready and looked great! They were exactly as I asked for and looked even better. The workers are super friendly. This is definitely my favorite location.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience trying Dunkin’ Donuts for the first time. We went through the drive through to place an order. We asked if there was any Mocha drinks that were not Peppermint but he assumed we wanted the peppermint drink and we said no, is there mocha drinks here and the gentleman got snappy with us giving us a rude service.

honestly do yourself a favor and just go to the Bruceville one instead. the staff there is nice and actually competent. I’ve never had a positive experience at the Florin one. this last interaction really solidified how inept the staff is. I ordered a large latte on the app and he gave me a small and after about 5 minutes of me trying to explain I ordered a large and showing my order (very hard to understand right?) his solution was to give me the small along side a large cup with ice and no offer to remake it or any apologies. the food and drinks are great but I just always leave the Florin one in a bad mood. the Bruceville one is 15 minutes further from me but so worth having a good experience.

Whole entire order was wrong ordered a pepper bacon breakfast bagel got a moldy bacon cheese egg croissant ordered the pecan ice coffee with whipped cream. No whip and not pecan just regular coffee stay to far to come back kids go to school out there stay way in rancho Cordova

Tried to purchase a mocha, but they unfortunately carry only whole milk, along with almond milk. They have seating but don’t allow customers to use the restrooms. Their donuts are small compared to the donut shop across the street. We went across the street and picked up an apple fritter and a candy bar squared donut from Baker’s. In their ad, it states that DD is America’s favorite all-day shop for coffee, breakfast, and donuts. It most definitely is not. We only know of one friend who goes to Dunkin. All the rest prefer independent donut places. As for coffee, an independent and of course SB is better than Dunkin any day of the week.
