01/05/2023 – I was in the area so I had to stop to find out what the big deal was. First time ever visiting a Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered via the in-store kiosks. I got their signature latte (cocoa mocha flavor), a 5 piece assortment of their munchkins, and a dozen assorted to bring home. The latte was a bit too sweet for my taste. The munchkin flavors were jelly- filled, powdered sugar, glazed, chocolate, and blueberry. These were nice bites that satisfied my donut craving. I have simple tastes, so my favorite was the glazed, closely followed by the blueberry. Out of the assorted, I really like the sour cream donut and the French cruller.

Absolutely the best donuts ever my favorite is the Bavarian crepe donut and when I came in this I saw they have chocolate creamer and vanilla creme donuts as well as jelly filled donut holes. The donuts are so soft it’s like a piece of heaven in your mouth and I have come to this location at different times of the day the afternoon and very early mornings and no matter the time of day you will absolutely not find a softer fresher donut anywhere else and then I come in today and see the other creme filled donuts as well! I can’t wait to get home and try these donuts absolutely not gonna find a fresher softer donut anywhere else they should get 10 stars not 5. You gotta try their donuts absolutely amazing!!

Dunkin Donuts has a variety of fresh and tasty donuts. It’s great to watch the donuts being made and glazed. You can also get coffee, milk & juice to drink. The negatives are the donuts are pricey and the waste is extensive. Donuts that are missed on the conveyor line are thrown in the garbage, ugh! These are the best donuts ever!!!

The cashier didn’t smile, don’t greet, didn’t talk. Was staring into space. When I asked if anyone could help me, she looked at me and rudely said “well that’s why I said hi”. I asked for a manager (who was sitting in the dining area), and the manager just looked over our direction,and the cashier started to argue saying it wasn’t her fault that I wasn’t ordering fast enough,and the cashier threw her hands in the air and walked away. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I felt like I was in the middle of a highschool “mean girl” episode. I will NEVER EVER again go back to this branch again.

Many times they don’t have donuts ready in the mornings. Their lines are slower than any other dunkin I have been to before. Their sandwiches are thrown together and look like garbage on the customer side like burnt bread and cold eggs. Mobile orders are canceled and not made in less than 20 minutes on average. Staff seem confused about their positions and what they are supposed to be doing. Lucky for this dunkin, they have no other competition within commuting distance.
