I went through the drive-through. I just left. I ordered an iced coffee with bacon avocado toast…. I got my order I got to work and I noticed that there was no bacon… And it’s kind of frustrating because this is the second time that this has happened… The first time I had time to go back and let them know, but this time I Couldn’t. It’s a very frustrating, especially in the drive-through because it seemed like they rush you out of there. Please do better.

I used to like coming here a lot for a donut and coffee. Unfortunately recently their prices for coffee seem to have gone through the roof and the donuts have shrunken to about half their previous size.
In the future when I decide I want a coffee and a donut, I’ll go to a local non-chain place versus Dunkin due to their prices going up and then shrinking their portions simultaneously.
This is especially crazy as you have to enter your own order on a tablet.

Dunkin has the potential to be so good if it wasn’t for the drive thru worker at night. If he’s not seemingly high, he’s extremely out of it, confusing orders and handing out incorrect items. This is the 2nd time we’ve gone and have gotten incorrect items — the first time was far worse, but this time still wrong items handed to us and order details taken incorrectly. We can’t be the only ones who have experienced this.

I usually go to the upland Dunkin. But since I was in the corona area i decided to stop at this location. I tried ordering in the kiosk and it kept saying error. So I went to the front and ordered what I wanted. The staff was not friendly. the store was dirty. the donuts were stale. The drinks I ordered were ok. I definitely will not be returning to this location.

When I got to work it tasted like black tea and milk. I called and they said she come back and they’ll give me a free coffee. The only issue was I Didn’t have a way back so instead of saying will take your name because I work close by for another drink just to save my receipt or something. They just said oh OK thank you for understanding but very irritated that I spent five dollars on a coffee that wasn’t even made right so I didn’t even get to

Grand opening. Got 2 donuts and frozen chocolate. The donuts were 1.19 and small frozen chocolate was 3.29. I got the Bavarian Creme and it was good. Light and airy. The Creme could use more flavoring. I wanted a Boston Creme but the employee checked and said they were out. While waiting for the chocolate drink a full tray of Boston Creme were brought out…damn!
I thought the frozen chocolate tasted like watered down chocolate drink. My daughter liked it though.
There was a small line and wait..they did just open.

First time at this location and honestly, first time in a long time at Dunkin Donuts lol I love the design inside and it’s very spacious and organized. Everyone was very nice and the donuts were bomb. We had the kinda vegan or vegetarian breakfast sandwich and honestly…the bread was twice the size of the patty. Like, the patty was okay, but not amazing. I kinda wish they would have added a second parry or something for the price. Also, I’m pretty sure it’s regular cheese that they put on it and I was sad it wasn’t fully vegan…like…have at least one vegan option and diversify a little lol
Other than that, this place is great!

Sandwiches are not super, coffee is ok, donuts are ok too. I used the drive through, and received the worst customer service ever by Alexis. She sounded annoyed since the beginning at the speaker. When I got to the window, I said Sorry can I add one more Sandwich, she just made eye contact, took an annoyed deep breath, placed her hand on her waist pull back (body language of “what tf customer you are) and said what Sandwich moving her head. After seeing her attitude I said “I am sorry and asked her name because I like to address people by their name, she got offended too. She handed me the wrong coffee, so we switched, she handed me the food, I said thanks Alexis, she asked for my name and after I told her my name she closed the window abruptly. I went to DD because my daughter wanted that place, there is no many locations around here, so I drove like 8 miles just to have a extremely bad experience. Clarification: the lady in the picture is not Alexis who needs to be retrained or she needs to look for a different job.
