The drive-thru Mike needs replacement because they often don’t hear you and you have to repeat yourself and yell. This location often is without bathroom supplies. It’s not cleaned regularly and is often without seat covers if anyone needs to sit down on a toilet seat which is filthy.

The two donuts I got were tasteless and hollow, the coffee was weak, I’m a bold coffee drinker so it’s not for me, the double chocolate donut tasted like fake chocolate with an aftertaste, the service was good but the product wasn’t.

I love Dunkin. But for the past year I have steered clear from this place for the fact that the quality has gone down, and they are extremely slow. Free coffee Wednesdays are back so I decided to give it a go today and it was the worst experience ever. 30 minute wait time in the drive-thru. When i finally got to the window the person that gave me my order handed me my “hot” food items (which I could tell they’ve been sitting there for a bit) but I didn’t say anything as I just wanted to get out of there but she handed me someone else’s drink, and then forgot to give me the rest of my order (donuts). I get home and the bacon in my wrap is totally undercooked if cooked at all. I’m so disappointed I don’t understand how they can’t seem to get it together.

Staff is not friendly at all. I ordered online and they don’t give me a choice for munchkins so I have to ask specifically for what my 4 year old wants and they get upset. Not to mention they cannot make coffee to save their lives. It’s always old and never fresh. Donuts are stale. I used to come a lot and now I avoid it.

I usually don’t visit dunking donuts much this morning I decided to go thru drive thru but when I proceeded to order it was hard to hear over the speaker at times and I did not have a nice visit because the girl over the speaker thought it was funny and started to laugh at me because I couldnt understand her when I pulled to the window I asked for manager and she boldly told me it was her, name (Medow) ND that she was laughing at me because I didn’t know what I was being asked I let her know it was extremely unprofessional I refused to get anything after that just because is food and you don’t want anybody like that prepping your food better safe then sorry.

Finally a Dunkin in Menifee. Best coffee in town. Kolache is the go to snack anytime of day. If you havent been yet, I highly encourage a trup over here. Has a nice set up inside and plenty of parking and seating with fast Wifi. I’ve been waiting for a decent coffee shop. The competition better watch out. Thanks Dunkin
