Ice cream and donuts, what’s not to love! Only downside is, its a touch expensive. Also, if you do the drive through, there’s no board explaining what sort of donuts are available. However super excellent ice cream sundays are awesome, and the variety is really good. Recommend highly!

Everything was stale. Hot latte made with old coffee. Not fresh. Ordered blueberry muffin, and was given a stale chocolate chip muffin instead. Specifically noted for driver to place order on wooden stool at the door. Omg why did he sit the bagged order on the ground. This order was a waste. I can’t wait until morning to return it all. By the way no business phone number is listed. This may explain why. So disappointed.

Drinks were great but the service telling you to come inside if your a first time customer to Dunkin donuts instead of using the drive thru would be better. I’m handicap and have to use the drive thru so he could have helped explain things more to me but didn’t want to at all. Made me feel horrible for having a disability and not being able to run into the store. Do better. There are reasons we do what we do.

Walk in customer (only customer in dining room and noone in drive thru) after placing order, watched 9 drive thru patrons receive their order before I did because of their drive thru time calculator. On top of that, my “hot” coffee drink was Luke warm and whip melted by the time I rcv’d my order. Kids breakfast tacos were put in the bag vertically and upside down. Their taco contents were in the bottom of the bag. Sad!

Today @2:30pm I ordered a pumpkin iced coffee by the drive thru, and I got a regular coffee. I even asked her about it but, before I could say anything else she closed the window on me. That’s not good customer service.

I liked the prices. Not much conversation with the drive thru just pay and go lol Just got food, but the sandwich tasted like freezer burn. Maybe we’ll try drinks next time since it’s got baskin robins too. So much for our first time trying Dunkin’ Donuts.
