Visited on a Saturday morning. Received very Good customer service. The donut selection was limited and portions quite small compared to non branded shops. The half dozen we ordered were all tasty and fresh.

This is the worst place to get a coffee . I am a very big fan of Dunkin but today at this location it was the worst ever . I order a butter cookie drink and I got the worst drink ever . I went into the shop and told the staff this is not what is shown on the Dunkin web and all the instagram talking about it . Instead the staff open my drink and added creamer and say here you go now it like the picture . So rude and disgusting. I will never have my drink from this place . If there is a zero star I will give it to them .

This was the worst donut I’ve ever had and I was completely shocked. Not only was the associate at the drive through un-able to take our order accurately at 4pm (a slow time for them). The donuts were hard as a rock and ever drier than that. Worst $8 dollars I’ve ever spent.

Overall experience wasn’t so pleasant. One of the staff members taking the order was acting in a haste manner. Constantly asking “if that was it” “anything else” while I already let her know that I was still looking at the menu. The name on the receipt was Jasmine.
