First time trying Dunkin’ and it was disgusting. The donuts and donut holes were soggy, melted together, and looked old and greasy (I took a photo). I ate half of one and threw the rest away.
The donut holes had no flavor, and my little brother got a stomachache after eating them. Never coming back. Local donut shops are way better.

Refreshing to know the service is the same here as my local one. Ordering 10 minutes ahead was not adequate, we still had to wait. They were out of vanilla syrup… and we had ask for our donut. At least the dining room and bathroom are clean.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Had to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes, before someone took my order, then they proceeded to come on the speaker and say ‘wait she’s busy’. Finally someone took my order, and there was only 1 car in front of me. Still waited another 5 mins for someone to charge me and give me my drink. When I got the drink, I specifically said creamer and the employee repeated it back to me. There was no creamer in my coffee and there were coffee grounds at the bottom of it. Excuse me? Is the coffee not being brewed correctly. What a shame, their coffee is actually delicious when made properly. Sad to say I will not be returning. And before anyone says anything, I used to work at this dunkin donuts, when it first opened, I know how the coffee is supposed to be made etc.

The customer service is terrible.
We enter the place and no one came to take our order. We waited for 10 minutes and they still doing other things. We felt ignored, until we came to them to ask them for help. The place was empty. So there’s is no excuse to say they’re were busy.

Really good service and nice workers here. I come here almost everyday; they’re like my family and to others as well. They memorize orders and rarely mess up any orders from what I’ve seen. I’ll spend a lot of time here getting work done on my computer and get left alone, it’s very peaceful and good spot with fair prices.

The girl with the pink hair and the girl with the glasses both need to be fired. They will purposefully make your drink bad so you stop coming. ANY other worker at this location makes your drink perfectly. Go to La Quinta Dunkin it’s a little farther but WAY BETTER!

The donuts are priced right and they’re pretty tasty. The coffee was okay but I was a little surprised that the Mocha latte taste mostly like regular coffee.

Ordered 2 Md Ice Matcha Lattes with a sourdough breakfast sandwich Very much enjoyed. The matcha would be better if the matcha was blended more.
