I can’t actually rate this Dunkin, because I didn’t make it past the CHECKPOINT. Yes, it’s on a MILITARY BASE. Thanks so much for that little surprise, Google Maps! God bless our military who take security very seriously .

I’ve been here 4 separate times over the last couple of weeks, and every time I’ve tried to order food only to be told “we’re not serving food today”, “our oven got too hot”, and “we don’t have enough people to make food”…..who runs this place!? What kind of breakfast chain doesn’t serve food at 8AM!? The service this time wasn’t so bad but the last few times they’ve been pretty rude and entitled acting for no reason at all..…As someone who’s managed a small business, this is awful. The staffing, the attitude, the service, it’s atrocious.

As someone who manages/supervise fast food restaurants and gets denied for an espresso shaken drink 40mins before closing is hard to fathom.

All was well until until two women walked in, one holding a dog. They were very familiar with the staff and they then proceeded to walk behind the counter and into the back area where presumably food is prepared, baked, and cooked. They spent a few minutes back there then came back still holding the dog, accompanied by several employees in black shirts and one employee in a blue shirt. They went outside to talk. The woman in the blue work shirt held the dog for quite a while. Meanwhile, a line of patrons had grown to the extent it was out the door and the employees still working were overwhelmed. All the while, the 4 or 5 other employees and two women spoke outside while holding and petting the dog. Then, they went back inside and resumed food handling and serving patrons after having held a dog. Dog hair donuts and bagels. Clearly this was an amazing experience. Perhaps MCCS should be more involved with vendors, there employees they hire, and their behavior while handling and serving food.

They should never send out donuts looking like these. I was so embarrassed, when I open the box. Since it wasn’t for me. Hazelnut Coffee is sweeter then the donuts, I could probably get diabetes from. They gave me 3-4 pumps. When they ONLY need 2. The man I spoke to over the phone about the donuts was rude. He probably made them. They look terrible man!

This Dunkin Donuts is a great spot. It’s never super busy and they always have what you are craving. Their holiday donuts are the best. We always order valentines donuts and they taste so good. The vanilla ice drink is sweet and refreshing.

So they forgot part of my order but were busy.
My egg bite was cold (redeemable they were busy)
My coffee wasn’t made PrOpErLy (redeemable doubt they are paid enough to care)
The straw that broke the camels back? Hair. Hair in my second egg bite. I will now be continuing on my day with the knowledge that I may or may not have consumed another individuals hair.
Hair nets ain’t cute but atleast it’s clean.

My husband and I ordered a few items this morning and we ended up disappointed. My coffee was filled only 3/4 of the way, and didn’t have the whipped cream requested. They didn’t label which snack wrap was turkey and which was sausage. The donuts tasted old, and one donut was incredibly tiny, like mini sized, so weird. It’s not even 10 AM, how could the donuts taste old? I typically don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this location is just getting worse as time goes on.
