Food met expectations. Dunkin’s electronic ordering system does not allow ordering everything off the menu. Staff does not know help people who wait for service, lean over the counter, make eye contact….they just ignore you unless you use the mobile system. So I went without one thing that I wanted, placed a partial order and left. The staff was efficient once the mobile order was placed. Just odd and frustrating that they would not provide service outside of the self ordering system.

Super great staff. Atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed my coffee. Rosa made it with an amazing sense of love for her work and product. Will definitely go back.

Dunkin is just as good as always. The service is great, and everything is on point. The only downside is that parking is a bit limited, but overall, it’s a solid spot!

Would not allow us to pick out the assortment of doughnuts when using the drive trough. Also charged for water. Tried expressing that this was a company policy but we have gone to numerous Dunkin’s all over the country and never had this experience.

Im so disappointed at how my matcha turned out. Why is it so white and doesn’t have much matcha in it. I love dunkins matcha and this is my first time grabbing some from this location and it is terrible. I could cry.

Went for some coffee and there was a long line due to the slowness of the employees, this was due to the location being a training location. Unfortunately they forgot one of my drinks that I ordered and after arguing for a few minutes with one employee they finally made said drink. Overall the donuts and the drinks were delicious and the location is clean but the customer service definitely needs some work.

First timer alert ⚠️. Ive been drinking DD coffee for many years and NEVER run into this type of establishment This place is super impatient and just cold as ice . No touch of comfort, given to customers when patronizing the establishment. It’s really when you can’t stop and be nice to customers, even 4 one minute. Everyone’s so cold, not worth the visit for me. Byw, i asked for a courtesy cup of ice because i didn’t want to charge my card .25 cent and my request could not happen. This was a 1st experience, burn and churn moment at DD. Thank you teamsmiley @tsmiley2014

On June 10, 2024, I visited your establishment. The lady with red hair, who resembles Dale Gribble from King of the Hill, was very rude when I spoke to her. My sister and I only had cash and, seeing the kiosks, I asked her, “Excuse me, do you guys take cash?” She clearly didn’t want to assist me but did shake her head yes and walked away. Confused, as I didn’t see a register, only the kiosk at the counter, I asked her, “Where do we go, do we go to the counter?” Again, without using words, she shook her head.
My sister and I decided to sit down, and I opted to order through the app to avoid further interaction with this rude and unapproachable employee. As we were looking at the app, the lady shouted, asking if I was ready to order. I mimicked her previous behavior and shook my head no. She then approached, standing behind the glass separating us, and aggressively asked, “Are you ready to order?” I responded, “I shook my head no,” and she walked away.
This was very unprofessional and confrontational behavior. If we were ready to order, why would we be seated? She needs more customer service training.

We ordered a coffee with cold foam none given we got coffee and the taste was barely there it just tasted like milk and the whole cup wasn’t even full. Never going there again.
