This would’ve been my first time eating at a D&D but it was not meant to be. It’s 7:15pm on a Wednesday, I just walked into the store, saw empty shelves and looked at the gentleman behind the counter who looked up at me with a mop in his hand and said, “we ran out of donuts for the day, I’m so sorry”. To which I replied, oh, ok. Then turned around and took my $10 across the street to Starbucks. If you’re open until 8pm, you should be prepared to do business until 8pm. Not closing down an hour early. That’s just lazy.

I only give it 2 stars because the location is convenient for me (close to home), but the service here is so disappointing. I am excited for donuts in the morning but the people that work here just don’t want to have anything to do with you and they want to have minimal engagement with you. Just give your food and go type of vibe. No good morning vibes or happy to serve you vibes here.

Visit this Dunkin frequently, and I have no complaints. For the most part, I place my orders on the dunkin app and pick up via the drive thru. My orders have always been ready at pick up, never had to wait more than a 1 minute at the window. (Emphasis on AT THE WINDOW) The customer service has always been good too, I’m always greeted at the speaker and at the window. All employees I’ve encountered so far have also been polite. The food, for the most part, is okay. I love their hashbrowns.

This is the first DD location in Compton & very close to Carson & I love it! This is what this area needed. They’ve got a new breakfast sandwich that is so good. Their coffee choices are good too. Can’t help myself stop in almost every morning on way to work!

The service of the story is great but the app is awesome. Since I joined I have got a box of free donuts a dozen. In about eight free coffees large. And I only been on this app for about 3 months. The rewards are great service is fast too. Way better than Starbucks
