Went through the drive thru and the worker had an attitude from the start and I’m usually the type to ignore it. I ordered 3 drinks and I did some modifications to my drinks, the worker seemed like she did not want to make my drinks because of the modifications. I asked for cookie crumbs on all my drinks and I get my drinks and there’s like 4 or 5 little pieces..I asked her politely if that’s how it usually comes and she said “I’ll have to charge you if you want more”. Like I barely even got any at all? I didn’t make it a big deal and just left. She also did not add the 2 pumps off butter pecan I had asked for and she gave me a regular latte instead of the cookie butter one :/ both girls working there seemed like they hated their job..

The 1st mistake I made was thinking I wanted to come here today. The 2nd mistake I made was not checking my bag before I drove off from the window. I ordered 3 donuts and when I got home, I opened the bag to find what should cause this place to shut down or fire people. The contents of my bag consisted of cold hash browns and A DOUNUT WITH ONE BITE IN IT!!! SERIOUSLY?!?!?!? Corporate will be heading from me WITHOUT A DOUBT!!! Dunkin’ Donuts count your days and in particular, THIS LOCATION!!!

Went at around 9am the other day, there was a little bit of a line which I dont mind. when i got to the speaker i was asking about the new valentines drinks and which one they preferred, the lady on the speaker responded quickly and told me a refresher but i was looking for coffee so i said which one would you recommend that has coffee. she said “so you dont want a valentines drink?” but i did see there was a valentine coffee so i said no i wanted one from the new menu just with more caffeine, the lady was honestly kind of rude and i dont think understood what was going on.. i also felt very rushed as she kept asking “what else?” so i just asked for two random donuts of their choosing. the drink was okay i guess and the gentleman that charged me was pleasant. i just dont want to feel rushed when im not familiar with menu items. this is not the first time this has happened with multiple women from the morning, they need more customer service training.

But was really disappointed to see the cup fill with ice.
I order the donut holes, and they were bland.
Also the drive thru customer service wasn’t the best.

I went in tonight through the drive thru to get one of their new donuts and it was my first time so i asked the lady who took my order how they tasted and what was in them but she wasn’t enthusiastic about it and didn’t describe the donut at all. She just told me it’s a Valentines donut and that’s all. She seemed like she was unhappy to take my order and when i pulled up to the window she didn’t even greet me just told me my total and that’s it. She was very tall and had a pink sweater on, she had a disgusting attitude once i paid and didn’t even say thank you. First and last time I’m coming here, if Dunkin is going to put out new product at least have your employees know what’s in the donuts. I’ll stick to Krispy Kreme

Wow!!! I don’t have much to say since I rarely come here but 1 experience is good enough. First off, the Iced Vanilla Coffee was tasty and good but the donut I got was somewhat the opposite of good. The Vanilla Cream at a distance, looked like something that I would enjoy since I love vanilla. It wasn’t, now I see that it was smaller than it looked and the cream tastes like it was frosting instead of Vanilla Cream inside like other Donut Shops out there.

Customer service was horrible the 2 Hispanic ladies both lied on the phone when I asked if they had dodger doughnuts.
When i went in to purchase coffee the doughnuts I wanted where on the shelves when I confronted them the both just laughed at me and looked stunning.
Another Customer inside also had a complaint on them . I will never go back here ! You both need better service skills

I ordered a limited edition 25ct valentines box. I pull up to window with dude handing me a bag with 25ct donut hole. When I asked where’s the valentines box. Dude closes the window. Waste of $
Only purpose of buying the stale hard donut holes is for that reason, the valentines box!
Come on Dunkin’ Donuts “unsatisfied customer here” yoo and yo boy at the window needs to be promoted to toilet duty dealing with type of energy reason why I don’t go to this Dunkin’s , South Gate donuts are better

Drove up and was greeted with attitude right off the bat with the girl on the mic. Didn’t even bother to order. Asked for mixed drinks with matcha. Said matcha is matcha. Yeah? No way really didn’t know that! .. was asking what drinks if they had any. Just a simple question. They don’t need jobs if they can’t even speak to customers with respect. We left and are never coming back thank you. 7 leaves here we come 🙂

Service: Every time I come to this location, I have a great experience. They’re always kind and helpful, regardless of a line. Double checking to make sure we’re on the same page.
Food: I love the new raspberry watermelon refresher, and they made it sweeter for me (tastes like a jolly rancher). The new lemon loaf is delicious as well, and I’m not a lemon flavored person.
