Waited 15 minutes for one person to get his order. Needed a hot coffee due to cold weather and car heater not working. So obviously I felt forced to stay it was 18 degrees freezing outside. Three people before me left. There’s only one person working. For cooperation to only have one employee is preposterous. The coffee tasted horrible as well, it was sloppily made. I was just so cold I had to drink it.

Really wish they would start opening 7 days a week! Being closed Monday and Tuesday is just…ugh. food is great – we love the doughnuts, coffee is not so good. Last time I ordered an iced vanilla latte the girl asked if I wanted cream and sugar in it. I just stared at her confused. I said…it’s a vanilla latte, it has milk…and flavored syrup in it. Everytime I’ve gotten a coffee there it’s been awful. I’d rather have McDonald’s iced coffee.

Bad customer service. Rude and unprofessional manager. Bought 20 munchkins, then wants to change on donuts because the price for donuts is $1.69 each. The price for munchkins is $5.49 for 10 pieces. Of course, it is better to get 2 or 3 donuts and spend $5-6 instead of 20 munchkins for $11. They put my order on the countertop, I took my sandwich, left munchkins on the countertop, and told them that I wanted to change munchkins on donuts. The manager told me that she could not take it back because I touched the bag, but I didn’t open the bag and didn’t touch the food. She was trying to explain that it’s a health department code. An interesting point is when she grubs something from the floor, she doesn’t wash her hands. Don’t she remember about the health department code. Finally, I was disappointed. Unprofessional, lack of education, and unpolite service there.

Asked to sample iced coffee to make sure it was strong enough. Manager gives me a dirty look and says “no we can’t do that.” I said yes you can and she gave me another dirty look, extremely rude. First dunkin’ or any coffee shop that wouldn’t allow me to sample to see if I needed to add shots of espresso. Took a chance, ordered with light ice. Received my order looks like tea and taste like watered down coffee.

So yummy!!! Dunkin abandoned us up in Washington so I was very happy to find one down here. And, with it being half way between Elko and Wendover, it is a great way to break up that trip (which I do on the regular). Plus, everything is better after a Dunkin’ breakfast sandwich, a donut, and some of their wonderful coffee!!!

Service is very slow and when we got to the car we had wrong donuts. But, they were somewhat friendly and aside from flies(which I’m sure is hard to control) it seemed clean. There is a restroom available in the building it shares with other businesses.

Worst dunkin experience ever. Clearly bad management. The poor workers were scrambling today on National donut day. They were out of most donuts, coffee, and the two female workers clearly looked panicked. Our order tasted terrible. Ended up getting food elsewhere. Do better.
