One girl and a young guy were really nice, but the other girl working was pretty rude when I asked what the seasonal flavor is. Dunkin comes out with different flavors multiple times a year so I was just curious what the newest one was. Not a big deal also, (not the staffs faultl, but, the casino is attached and just wide open so it absolutely stinks in here. Not everyone smokes, and not everyone wants to breathe that crap in. Some of us are allergic

Came here the Sunday before Christmas and there was only one woman working because apparently someone called out. She was very friendly and upbeat but obviously stressed, yet handling everything well. Food and coffee tasted great. Doing the work of two people, she should be paid two wages then, Dunkin.

This is the closest Dunkin’ to Salt Lake City currently, I stopped here this morning on the way to Reno. The girl that was working was by herself and was hustling. She definitely needs a raise is made perfectly. She was super friendly and even though there was a long line she took care of everyone as fast as she could.

Horrible customer service from the woman at the counter, didn’t feel welcomed at all. Got my order wrong and didn’t care to fix it. I know am just one person and dont care to loose me as a customer, but I dont have to comeback to a place where my bfast was ruined and clearly didn’t care. Coffee tasted burnt. Chai tea tasted watered down. Kid behind the counter was by himself didn’t know what to do. I assumed the manager had to help him. Kiosk didn’t tell me the pumpkin ice bread was unavailable. I had to ask after my drinks were ready for them. I was then told they were out of them. They replaced them with two glazed donuts instead.

Well I know it’s small but I’d be happy Workin in a donut shop , I mean Donuts yay ..but the customer service wasn’t horrible just not happy people. That is sad to me.. won’t stop me from coming and getting some delicious donuts or coffee and maybe breakfast.. just wish they would smile and say good morning

The lady at the counter was super rude. The steamer wasn’t working and there was no sign saying thos. She wasn’t happy that my husband wanted a hot coffee, since we ordered a latte she had to refund us, and reorder. She was also ride to 2 other customers while we were there.

So yummy!!! Dunkin abandoned us up in Washington so I was very happy to find one down here. And, with it being half way between Elko and Wendover, it is a great way to break up that trip (which I do on the regular). Plus, everything is better after a Dunkin’ breakfast sandwich, a donut, and some of their wonderful coffee!!!
