I’m very disappointed of this restaurant it was my first time coming here to this location and they gave me my sandwich cold and I asked if they can remake them and they said Dunkin’ Donuts tell him a certain way to remake the order when I know I work in the restaurant industry what they were doing it was a health violation. They can intoxicate customers with the food, including it was pork. I want a refund.

Don’t bother wasting your money on any large drink. They fill it like it’s a medium Anyways leaving a legitimate gap in the cup to the point its upsetting. The atmosphere always feels like they don’t want to be there. It’s almost mentally exhausting being in there…. and when we arrived home opening the box was sad… putting donuts that have icing on top upside down is wild….like thanks for my donut with no maple since it’s all on the bottom of my box….

It was a little hard to submit this review, but I want others to know and even the owners to see this. Every time I go inside, the owner which is a light skin tall man is there sitting on a high table. He literally just stares at me and watches me like a hawk. On Thanksgiving day, I ordered a large order, because I bought all my neighbors donuts and hot chocolate so I had a lot of food. I was getting napkins while I was waiting for my order and he kept staring at me like he was bothered that I was getting napkins or something. I don’t want to say this, but I really feel, he doesn’t like black people. The whole staff is one race, and he looks very mean while staring at you. No smiling, no hello, just staring you down. I will gladly go elsewhere and support a different business that actually is happy I’m there. The employees have always been very nice when I go by the way. A bunch of young people just wanting to do their job right.

If I could give a zero, I will would unfortunately that’s not a choice. I’ve been going to this place for the past year and it’s just getting worse. The customer service is horrible. The ladies in the window it seems like they’re pissed off that you’re even there the staff is not the same staff that was before They’re constantly moving people and it’s just becoming worse and this is the disgusting bagel. They gave me today not even the whole cream cheese spread.

Drink was 3/4’s ice and when I ordered and paid for another with light ice, the cup was only a little over half full. Wish I would have taken a pic but I was so frustrated I just threw my empty cup away asked for a refund on my second order and left. I used to love me some DD and had not had it on a while. I will not be back.

On the inside, aesthetically, this DD is top tier. As well, maxed by her honesty, the service provided by Andrea was top tier as well. On observation, there was a rep actually doing upkeep on the splash wall behind one of the product machines. Unseen by me in observation of the many DD’s I’ve visited, must say that’s outstanding

I went there like I have been doing almost every day for around 6-8 weeks and because yesterday’s order didn’t have any mocha in it I decided to taste it before I left. It didn’t have any chocolate in it. So I asked for it to be remade. The woman got upset with me and made a joke about it to her coworkers with the window open so I could hear everything. When she brought it back it was watery and she just closed the window. The drink is now straight chocolate and I will not drink it. Called and the manager thought it was a joke too. Said I’m sorry but in a very condescending voice. I told her no she wasn’t and they will get a bad review. The manager did say to come back and get a refund or fix it but I will not be back to that dunkin again

This is a new location that I didn’t know was here. They are doing great and the quality is what you expect from the company. They are very helpful and the location is very clean. Wifi is free and it so far was not busy when I came in. Great spot to stop if you like the familiar brand. This part of of the city is revamping and this place is a welcome addition.
