I came here after the worst shift of my life and my mood was quickly changed by the food and service i received here at Dunkin. I admit since their opening i have heard mixed things but this group of employees are some of the friendliest and more professional. I was helped my two girls that i sadly dont remember the name of but one had two braids and the other had colorful hair. They got my order fast and gave me my items even faster. Will definitely come more during the afternoon!

Barry the new GM is a great addition to this location. We visited the location with our handful of grandchildren and he provided excellent customer service & patience. We then returned for donuts in the morning & were greeted with the same positive personality! Barry clearly enjoys his job and takes pride in his store! Keep up the great job!

there was a hair in my drink i was so disappointed i really wanted to try the new sabrina refresher’s 🙁 but my cappuccino was good though! and everytime i come here, they never have most ice cream flavors or donuts.

walked in due to the very long line outside. Place order for 1 drink I waited for 5min to place order, time was 0755, got my order 0835, while waiting I watch the “manager” belittle his staff, he would work the window, then go to make drinks and kick his staff out of his way and tell her to go to the window, same with the staff member making the food. Part of the problem is when he got to the area to make drinks he would remake the drink his staff would be working on and mess it up, he would clear the order on the screen and then ask his staff what it was. It seems this location cannot keep staff. As I waited one staff member had to ask for my receipt for my order because he cleared it from the screen, as I watched her start to make my drink, correctly, he tells her to go to the window and asked what she was doing. I got the wrong order in the end, I didn’t say anything due to the time I was waiting and just hoped it was good… it was not…

The store is under new management now and we have been extremely happy with the service. The staff is much kinder, happier, and hospitable. We greatly enjoy coming to get donuts and ice cream from this location now.

EVERY single time it’s a mixture of the following or all of the above. They never have anything in stock, items are missing or the quality is poor. I just ordered through DoorDash and there were the wrong donuts, the drinks were wrong, and five things missing. When I called the manger tried to blame the doordasher, but the bag was completely sealed up!

Coffee was great after it was made 2nd time , very disappointed this Duncan Donut wants to charge the customers $1.00 per Donut extra for heart shape donuts, instead of making people Happy on the Valentine’s Day occasion they’re making people pay more if the want to be happy. This never happens in other markets. I guess it’s only in Hobbs NM.

Worst expirience at Dunkin I’ve ever had. Service is extremely slow. I ordered 20 mins online ahead of time sat 20 minutes at the drive thru and it still took 10 minutes to get service inside.
