The service was phenomenal, David the employee there recommended me a drink that was perfect for me and he keeps the energy alive in there everyday. I come for my coffee everyday and this gentleman always manages to give me a smile and make my day 10x better, and on top of that making sure not only me but all the customers get treated with respect in a positive way thank you!!!! If anyone needs a raise it’s this gentleman thank you again David you rock!!!!!!

I went and ordered three regular coffees. And the girl that was taking my order was misplacing the order on the screen couple of times. After I pulled up, I told her she added a fourth drink. Then they ask me to pull up forward when there was no one behind me. I told them no and why since there is no one behind me. I guess the manager or someone else came and just told us to pull up front because they have to keep up their drive thru time. I stated that did not make any sense since first there is no one behind us and secondly, if they are trying to meet their drive thru time they should have my drinks ready. This girl kept saying the same things, so with the wasted time we were discussing they could have already made the drinks. So I just asked for a refund.
Never coming back to this place. The Dunkin on Lohman has way better costumer service and they are always stock on donuts and drinks. You can definitely see the difference in management.

This place always has horrendous wait times for the drive thru. I’ve easily waited over 10 minutes when it wasn’t busy and 30 plus minutes when it was busy. I understand being short staffed but please have your employees work on their customer service and timing.

Ordered two coffees, one of which was customized with 5 add ons, and they had us pull up to the front to wait an extra 5 minutes. No big deal. Coffee came out great, and they even slid in a couple donut holes for the wait. Thank you.

Worst customer service ever. Went yesterday and simply ordered a hot chocolate… with almond milk… with a shot of espresso.
It was like pulling teeth and my drink could not be made because I guess it’s too hard to make or because the employee was by herself which isn’t an excuse to be rude. I literally ordered this drink yesterday but apperently they’re under new management and that’s why I can’t get the drink I always order? When I asked for the manager she said there’s no manager available. When I asked for the managers WORK EMAIL she said she wasn’t giving out any personal information. When I asked for her name she said she wasn’t giving out any personal information and any information I want I can wait outside all night for because she’s not giving it to me.
Yet when I told her I called the lohman location already then she gave me her managers email. Crazy how many hoops I had to loop through for a lousey drink. Customer service is absolute trash.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin’. The girl working the window not only refused to make my drink with my choice of milk, but also pretended to be a manager just to try to get the name of the person who made my drink the day before. When I asked for her actual name or the REAL manager’s information, she flat-out refused. She also denied simple, reasonable requests — like making my hot chocolate at the temperature I asked for (every basic coffee shop can do this) or even selling me milk on the side (which I offered to pay for).
This kind of dishonesty and refusal to provide even the most basic level of customer service is unacceptable. If this is the standard at this location, Dunkin’ should be embarrassed to have their name on it.

Extremely rude girl with long hair. Refused to give me my pick up order through the window even though that’s the method I chose online and I’ve picked it up that way several times before. Then the bagel bites with cream cheese were almost straight from the fridge?? Very disappointing experience. (12/12/25)
