Got to visit our new Dunkin’ Donuts this past weekend. It was very clean bright and a lot of variety! I love our new Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s gonna be my new favorite spot for weekend sweets indulgence. I enjoy this spot, the majority of people that complain about receiving the wrong sort of donuts are probably not ordering the correct kind especially if most look the same, and they are becoming upset without cause My experience has shown that they typically run out in the middle of the day. Additionally, if you arrive quite late and request a variety of donuts why would they have their entire assortment so late? They simply have to throw more, which is a complete waste. They provide alternatives and look for answers even when they run out of things. Additionally, management is always in charge of placing product orders, so if they are absent, management is to blame rather than the team members. And this is coming from someone who’s worked numerous fast food places.

Love Dunkin! It was crazy busy but I still got great service, it’s understandable they run out of donuts when they are constantly busy tru out the day! I suggest getting there early if u want a specific kind of donut. Its been 3 weeks since they opened and the line is still out the door, there doing a great job doing there best to serve our community, Thank you Joe, Amanda & Emma!

Update: nothing has changed, was there on 9/29/25, I had a rewards coupon for buy any drink get half dozen donuts for $3.00 you’d thought I asked for the moon, first off of course they were out of boxes and more Importantly out of freaking donuts, and they are open until 10 pm right? They have the rudest little girls working, ugh! Still not a fan of this place!… I’m not impressed. They run out donuts, but close at 10pm! And have plenty of lazy employees who can make more donuts. Also every single time I go in for a dunkalatte, they are always, I mean always out of the coffee cream! What?? First of all, because it’s your best seller is no excuse, if it’s your best seller, order more of it. Oh the worker says, my boss has to go to Albuquerque to get it. Oh I’m sorry, but I don’t care, order enough of it! And the workers every freaking one of them are rude, asking for a box is like pulling teeth. Oh we’re out of boxes, hunh??! Oh we’re out of coffee creamer! Ugh. Then I get home and I have donuts with cream in them, and I never asked for cream donuts, but they just throw the donuts in the bag so damn fast, it’s like now we have to check the bag of donuts to make sure they put the right ones in. And come on employees, smile! say freaking HI ! All those damn employees and getting one to come greet me is like they’re being led out to pasture. Damn! And what’s up with management? Where are you?? Hey management??? Have you looked at your reviews?? They’re terrible!! And order your damn boxes and creamer. How can you run out of creamer for coffee? If it’s your “best seller”!!!! Or run out of donut boxes? For the donuts??!!!!

I went and got my drink and once I said how many pumps of arctic cherry I wanted (2) the girl taking my order called me crazy? What is it to you. I can order what I like but I would prefer to not be called crazy for it. I also ordered my raspberry watermelon refresher and they put some dragonfruit flavor in it becuase they were out of everythin else like always. Ridiculous like it’s not your drink don’t worry about it. Only one good worker here (Julio) respextful and doesn’t tell me I’m crazy when i order my drink.

Definitely the working a long while. Got our order completely wrong and when we went back to get it fixed, they gave us more wrong items. We told them that’s not what they ordered and they refused to admit it wasn’t. I ordered a ham and Swiss croissant and got the sliders, then went back in and they gave me the cheddar bacon croissant. When I brought up that it was not ham and Swiss, they first, very rudely, tell me that it is and that I need to take a bite first to taste the ham ( I did) and then when I say I did they claim they don’t sell ham croissants even though I paid for it on the app and the receipt said it was a ham croissant. Every time I walk in I am met with dirty looks and rude attitude. I thought maybe because most of these workers are new but the more I went in the worse the service and food was. My drinks were never once made right and they refused to fix it or ever refund or anything they just tell me I’m wrong and shoo me away.

Stopped by around 6pm and except for being out of jelly they had all the other flavors. Drive thru staff were very nice and gave us our food really quickly. I’m happy there’s a Dunkin in los lunas now

We had our first vist and it was great the donuts were very soft and fresh. Coffee was great too. I agree with another reviewer that they need to make more donut later on into the day. How can a place that’s open until 10 be OUT of the thing they serve.if I go for a burger at that time they don’t say sorry we’re out of burgers.. sounds silly huh

I went in today Saturday April 26 at 430 they had plenty of workers I was the only one in line and no one greeted me or knowledged I was in line for about 10 minutes. They did not have no donuts besides a few. I asked what time do you guys close the ladies said 10 pm I asked her how come you guys don’t have any donuts. She did not seem to care at all. There was one of her family members there at the time. I told her they need to work on there customer service. I know customer service because I’ve had 10 years of it my self. The family member told me that there was other donuts shops to go. Her family who does not work there is harassing customers. These worker need to be retrained or not I will continue go else where for our donuts.
