I order mostly through DD. The other night the store forgot to send part of my order. I had to reorder the missing items right away. When my new Dasher arrived at the store I asked her to make sure the the missing items were going to be in my now second order. When the staff found out what had happened, not only did I get an extra ordered item but they sent I sticky note on a bag with 2 donuts inside saying that they appolidgized for the missing items and to enjoy the free yummies!!!
After having such a long hard day trying to explain issues id been having for weeks with customer support from where every they are in the world it was soooo awesome that the staff took the time to listen and correct the mistake all on their own.
Maybe im not explaining it right but it was just what I needed. Someone listened and went above and beyond to “make it right!” So appreciated.

Recently went here and overall it was good. It looks like a typical Dunkin. The staff were respectful and I like their breakfast sandwiches. The only thing was that one of the flavors for donuts was sold out so hopefully next time it will be available.

Disappointing! Saw the mixed reviews and decided to give Dinkin’ a try. I ordered at the counter a hot Caramel Craze with no whip cream and I got an Iced Carmel Craze with whipped cream. I decided to just take it and go and not deal with it. The place was very busy mid week about 9 am. There were 6 employees working hard, but did not seem happy or friendly. Bathroom was average in cleanliness. Sadly, I won’t be going back.

You cannot dump all different kind of doughnuts in one bag. That is so wrong. There were three different flavors and types. One was a muffin not even a doughnut but in your don’t care attitude you just dumped everything together to get rid of the customer. How stupid.
Very very bad service and quality of food as well. Not recommended.

This is by far my favorite Dunkin in the region. The staff is so friendly and professional and they make my drinks perfect every time. They are quick with orders even when they are large. They also make sure my pup has his pup cup every visit! The owners really need to commend the staff, especially those that have been there for the last few years. Every time I go to this location I feel like I’m back in New England!
