Typically i don’t post reviews but this time the food was horrible. I got the sourdough bacon egg and cheese sandwich with the hash rounds and 2 Boston cream donuts. The sandwich had no flavor. On the minus it says fried eggs… those are not fried eggs they were like they were frozen pucks of egg that just got thrown on the grill. I got no bacon on a sandwich that’s supposed to have bacon. The hash rounds were gross they need to change the oil. And the donuts were flipped over in the bag so all the icing was on the bag. Worst experience i’ve had in a long time from them.

This place is a Joke!! they can’t even manage to give you the right flipping donut that you order!! I ordered a chocolate glazed donut, and then they argue with me on which one I want, the one with fudge on it or the one without. I’m like I want the chocolate glazed donut not the chocolate fudge donut, I mean for God sakes they literally have a picture with the donuts named on them. Then today we ask them if we could have two pup cups for our dogs and the lady rudely says that’s gonna be $.27 each. I’m like when did you start charging for pup cups? The lady says we’ve started like a month ago I’m like well that’s funny, I have been here every day for the past 10 days and they have never charged me and on top of that, we just literally traveled from the East Coast to the West Coast and stopped at numerous Dunkin’ Donuts and not one person has ever charged me for a pup cup!! Apparently, Dunkin’ Donuts spent too much money on their Ben Affleck commercials, If they need to charge $.27 for a little cup of whip, whipped cream…

I go here regularly. Some of the employees are just a delight and very friendly, a few just have a scoul and rarely crack a smile. Overall it’s a good experience.

Got a multigrain bagel and Matcha Latte. The cream cheese paired excellently with the saltiness and crunch of the bagel. The Matcha Latte tastes like matcha still and wasn’t watered down and it is not too sugary. If you go here make sure you use the Dunkin app, they have a bunch of promotions going on at all times and you can save lots of money!

Great people! Hardworking. Friendly. They goofed up my order a little. But it was a large order and the mistake was understandable. Fixed it for me right away. I went at 7:30am on a Sunday and was a little disappointed in the lack of availability of a variety of donut options.

Went there the other day looking for cinnamon rolls. They had one left but it was labeled as coffee cake. I had to ask the clerk/server if it was a cinnamon rolls. He said “yeah”. I saw donuts next to the cinnamon role and they were labeled as “apple fritters”. I asked what kind of donuts they were and was informed “blueberry”. The clerk removed both labels and tossed them on the floor. My wife asked whats inside the cinnamon rolls and the clerk responded “glaze”. She was inquiring of any special or non specific cinnamon rolls ingredients such as raisins, pecans etc. During the contact the clerk mainly had his back to us, was very monosylabic and seemed dismissive. His body language conveyed more then a lack of interest and actually seemed as if he was perturbed or bothered by our questions. I dont know if this was a typical type service for Lake Havasu but I sure as …. aren’t going back to THAT Dunkin donuts again. Oh and the blueberry donuts were ok and the cinnamon roll sucked.

Went thru the drive thru wednesday aug 20 at 9:40am. the girl at the window was unfriendly and rude. i watched her be friendly with the car in front of me and then when i pull up she wouldn’t look at me or say hello after i said good morning to her. not a good representation of your location.
