I paid $5.69 for this cup and when I asked why my drink is less than half the answer linsey gave me was that’s how we serve here if customer asks for less ice i mean i’m a truck driver cross 7 states every week go to different starbucks and dunkin’s but this right here is stealing i recommend not to visit this establishment i even asked her to fill it up a little she refused to do that i mean the price of a milk gallon is cheaper than this i urge management to look into this issue

I’m so glad this location is here, but they need to hire better help. The lady at the register today was friendly and pleasant. The younger blonde making drinks was extremely rude, however . I stood at the counter for 10 minutes trying to get her attention, but she ignored me and tensed to other people who were not ahead of me. I guess protocol when they make a mistake and forget roto give the customer what they ordered and paid for (cold foam in this case) is to call the customer a liar (until i had to produce a receipt as proof). Then she finally added the cold foam, gives the drink back to me, and never apologized for anything. I hope they are able to come up with better help than this to keep customers coming back.

The blonde girl has attitude when serving people.. it’s breakfast time and they r out off sausage when I asked for everything bagel and then I asked if you can cut the bagel in half ,she refused and she said you could do it , we don’t do that, but every other location does that..

So sick and tired of ordering drinks online only to pick them up and be wrong. This has happened multiple times. My money is wasted because I can not drink what they provide. Is it so hard to make the drink that is ordered. It is on the menu for crying out loud. Workers need to pay attention to what is ordered and not do what they feel they want to make. Very disappointing for the customer. I know no one cares about these reviews but it had to be told somewhere.
