I appreciated that the food and coffee came out quickly and one of the attendants was kind and helpful. The other seemed upset that it was getting busy. The dark roast coffee is good and the bagel sandwich was good. The hash Brown portion was very disappointing. You get six quarter size hash brown rounds in a full order. It pathetically doesn’t even fill half the paper bag.

One of the best Dunkin’s I’ve visited. My food was hot and fresh. The iced coffee was made perfectly. Vibe inside was pleasant.

Lobby was clean. Bathroom was a disaster that clealey haddnt been attended in at least two weeks. Three empty toilet paper rolls one just on top of the dispenser because staff was two lazy to spend 10 seconds opening the container to take out the old ones. Toilet paper all over the floor. they were out of blueberry breeze base. And at least one staff member was out of uniform with her hair down. Having her hair down is a food handlers violation. As someone who worked at Dunkin for 3 years corporate would be horrified at this store. I was getting second hand embarrassment.
Based off the bathroom I would be shocked if they ever deep clean the blender. They probably are just washing the cup itself. Personally I’d stay clear of the frozen drinks

The one guy that works there is always super kind. All the girls on the other hand are catty, immature, unprofessional and rude. Will barely acknowledge you at all but will blab with each other. They act like you’re really putting them out by even being there. Literally the other customers are way more polite. Also cussing loudly and talking smack about how annoying some customers are which I get but don’t do it loudly in front of other customers. They need to find another job if they hate people so much.

I love the coffee. The folx here were all very nice and I got my bevy just the way I wanted it.. I also learned some new things about DUNKIN’s OFFERINGS. DIG IT!

I stopped by at the Dunkin’ Donuts a few times well I’m in Flagstaff and customer service is amazing. The employees are always friendly and super welcoming. I love it here.

As a person who has only been to a Dunkin’ once over four years ago they are so kind and welcoming! It is very cozy inside! I was helped by Joselyn he was very kind and was patient with me! It honestly seems like he loves working here! If I had cash on me I would have tipped him in a heartbeat! They are taking Covid safety seriously. I felt super safe here! I 1000000% recommend coming here!

One of the better Dunkin’ Donuts that I have been to. Contemporary design was clean and inviting with a fireplace. Stop here to fuel up before that last push to the Grand Canyon.
