When I first started coming to this Dunkin, it was fine. But over time it’s become painfully obvious that the staff simply does not care. Customers are left sitting in line forever with zero acknowledgment no apology, no explanation, no sense of urgency. Just silence and attitude.

I have genuinely never experienced customer service this bad. There’s no “please,” no “thank you,” no basic human decency—just ugly, dismissive behavior from people who act annoyed that customers even exist. The assistant manager, in particular, seems completely incapable of problem-solving or leading a team, which explains a lot.

People spend their hard-earned money here, and it’s unbelievable how little respect that’s met with. This business quite literally survives because of customers, yet the staff behaves like everyone is an inconvenience. If this is the standard you’re willing to accept, it shows.

Do better because this is embarrassing. Will not return.

Two weeks in a row I’ve gone in there and they walked around me and pretty much served others before me! Last week they made every drive through order when my son and I were inside and took forever to give me my coffee. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt so went back again today… same thing! The guy who took my money in the drive through went to the register and the girl finished my drink and sat it on the counter and ignored me! I sat there for 5 minutes in the drive through watching them look at me! I had to eventually ask another girl for my drink! Trash service! I will NOT be going back! I work in HR in a customer service industry and that’s horrible customer service!!

Stood for 10 minutes at the front of the line, no line. They ignored me and were only serving the drive through. They have no donuts in stock ever, so that is why I came inside. Whoever is managing this location is a hot mess. The inside is not clean. Trays laying on the front counter. Blenders everwhere. Its been this way for the past couple years. I told my kids, let’s go, they are not going to help us. Walked out and no one even said anything.

The customer service was horrible. The cook had a nasty attitude was loud and served me over cooked food. She was yelling in the back and could clearly hear her from the drive thru when I politely came back for it to be fixed. All you could hear was her in the background saying “it’s not burnt” repeatedly. She could have had a bad morning, but that doesn’t excuse bad manners and attitude. I wanted to just give everything back and ask for a refund but instead I just took the next sandwich and left. I didn’t want the situation to get worse. I won’t go to this location ever again.

I gave 2stars for food because they had the iced coffee I wanted, but they did not have a variety of donuts readily available. 3stars for service cause the kid at the window was pretty cool and my coffee was quick. 1star for the atmosphere because the place was trashed and dirty and Manager and employees were just sitting there talking about personal life. Smh

Ordered one of the new pumpkin iced coffees. It was delicious. I used to think Starbucks pumpkin was the best but not anymore. Dunkin is killing it this year !! Ordered a bagel and asked for them to put enough cream cheese on there and the girl did that! I’ve got other places where they barely put any cream cheese on there and you get just a dry bagel. I’m really satisfied with the location. They didn’t greet me when I got there but that’s OK. My coffee tasted perfect and my bagel was delicious.

The new person at the counter was very strange. She has a huge learning curve because on everyone’s orders she was messing up and had the guy help her – she just giggled “I’m new”. I repeated myself multiple times. She moved in some weird way and like very anime girl/reel vine type of way. I can’t describe it well. That cutesy try to flirt her way through a mistake. Hi that’s my husband- I’m standing right next too. She messed up our order and charged us wrong. She talked slower than molasses. Even for a first day- it’s pretty easy. They moved her to drive through and she immediately messed up. The food and drinks came out super slow. I mean my sandwich was cold by time I got it. They weren’t even busy. We got the order fixed but still. No music. Dirty tables. It was freezing inside.

Asked a simple question regarding caffeine content of one of your teas and was told “it’s less than an iced coffee” as someone who’s limited to how much caffeine they can have this was so unhelpful. Any Starbucks can quickly tell you the caffeine content of their items, do the same.

The worst Dunkin donuts experience ever. I ordered a small decaf coffee with sugar and cream on the side and they basically gave me a cup of cream and sugar with a splash of coffee. I asked for 1/2 dozen donuts. I received 2/6 of the ones I asked for. And the donuts looked like they had frosting just slapped on top of them.

Walked in this morning at about 5:45 employee was busy cleaning and not paying attention at all. He went out back and never came back out. I stood there waiting for 5 minutes then left so as not to be late for work. Far from good customer service
