I hate to do this but it’s happened consistently now for the last 3 visits…I keep wondering why my large drink feels so light? Get home, remove my lid and….ugh!! If I wanted a medium I’d order a medium. I’m afraid I’m gonna have to go out of my way to a different Dunkin.

Employees are lazy and rude. Dirty interior of establishment. Slow service inside or drive thru. Orders are never accurate. They’ll mess up a simple coffee order. Products continually out of stock. Music so loud you can’t sit inside to enjoy your breakfast; they do that on purpose.

The service here is not good. There are so many teenagers working in there that act like they don’t even care about their job. They rush you when you order and 2 of the iced coffee flavors I wanted the girl says “Unfortunately we discontinued those.” So why are they still on the menu? That’s misleading. This is the closest Dunkin to me but I will drive elsewhere from now on.

Didn’t receive half of my order, everything was ice cold, and the sandwiches tasted disgusting. Highly disappointing for how much everything costs. Would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

They’ve been out of frozen coffee for 4 days, I know because I get the same one every day. The last time they had it they left out a syrup AND the cream, so it was rock hard dark ice coffee and more bitter than sweet.
