Unfortunately Dunkin donuts has gone downhill when it comes to their donuts. They are half the size as they used to be. At least. The taste does not compare to other donut shops. Almost pretty much every other donut shop. Is better than Duncan at this point. I think the only reason they’re around now is because of the name.

If I could leave a negative five star review, I would.
On 12/27/25, I placed an online order for two dozen donuts with a 4:15 PM pickup time for a funeral service for a family member. This was already a difficult day, and unfortunately this experience made it significantly worse.

When my parents arrived to pick up the order, they were told the location did not have enough donuts to fulfill the order and that they essentially didn’t have any donuts available.
When my parents asked if any donuts or even donut holes available to partially fulfill it, the employee at the window (whose name we did not get) said they didn’t even have enough for one dozen and told them to leave.
My father asked why no one had called to notify us ahead of time so we could cancel the order. The employee was extremely rude and said he “didn’t have to” and repeatedly told them to cancel through the app. However, the order was already paid for and could not just be canceled through the app. The employee refused to issue a refund and claimed he was unable to refund it since we had ordered through the app and we would need to cancel through the app/request a refund there, he offered no solution, and essentially told my parents to get out of the line.
They were not offered a refund, replacement, or any assistance whatsoever.
That same evening, I submitted two emails and attempted to contact customer service via phone call as well but they were closed for the weekend. I called four times today 01/02/2026 before finally speaking to someone, only to be told the refund had to come directly from the franchise because the location is independently owned and operated.
I was told the issue would be escalated to the franchise owner but that it would take two business days to get a response.

Since we were nearby, my husband went in person to speak with the location. Fortunately, the franchise owner/manager was present. When the situation was explained, she claimed her staff told her that one dozen donuts had been given to us and that we refused a refund for the remaining dozen, which is completely false. We received no donuts at all. I would love to request that they review camera footage to prove this because it will clearly show that we left with nothing.
The franchise owner/manager initially attempted to refund only one dozen, but after my husband explained again that nothing was received, she finally refunded the full amount. While she was apologetic, it was very clear that her staff had lied to cover their mistake.
The employee involved was likely present during this conversation and avoided eye contact the entire time.
The owner offered to provide two dozen donuts at this point, but they were intended for a funeral service that had already passed, so they were no longer needed.
We will never return to this location, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering here. This team had no issue taking payment for an order they could not fulfill, refusing a refund, mistreating grieving customers, and then falsely claiming we received product that we did not.
This location desperately needs better staff and accountability.
The lack of professionalism, honesty, and basic human decency was unacceptable.

I love that they have $6 meal deal which include a bagel with egg, cheese and bacon with hash browns and you get to choose from a hot or ice coffee, your basically only paying for the drink it self very convenient! And the guy ladaral is so amazing with customer service, so very joyful, he’s a beautiful soul with a beautiful smile! And deserves a raise! He’s the reason why my kids and I come back!

Stopped by here for the first and only time at this location.. I got a everything bagel with cream cheese only to be disappointed when they put such a small amount of cream cheese as dhown in pictures, i also ordered a ham and cheese crossiant and they burnt it to a crisp… the drive thru attendance were not friendly nor patient…overall a very disappointing dunkin.

I want to thanks Marisa and her group of workers today for doing absolutely nothing to help a customer except have them drive back to their location for an item that was said to have been in the bag.
After I offered to pay for the item if it was not included.
When you realize you’re here for the customer then maybe things like this wouldn’t happen

I have been to this Dunkin̈ donuts about 8 times with my kids and they never have donuts. Why doesn’t the owner know by now to make extra donuts to last all day until they close. Look at the reviews and low score this location has

I stop at this location 2-3 times per week on my way to work. I’ve never been inside, always use the drive thru but these are the nicest food service employees I’ve encountered in so long. It’s really refreshing! Kudos to this staff!

It’s my birthday. All I wanted was a plain glazed donut from Dunkin’. The store was out of 99% of their donuts. They told my hubby that they start making donuts at 3 AM and when they are out they are out. It’s 1PM and they are opened until 8PM. This is your most popular donut and you ran out? So disappointed
Hubby said they were friendly enough but that won’t get me a donut.

I was sitting inside for a bit charging my phone(i also bought food), and a manager asked “am I done(charging the phone)?” rather abruptly. I understand businesses may not want loitering, but a clearer or more polite explanation would’ve been appreciated.

This location hasn’t been open that long. It’s amazing that they’ve been horrible since day one. I’ve had a half raw apple fritter from them. They frequently are rude and dismissive. Today I had a woman close the window on me in the middle of a question and had to lean on my horn for over 5 minutes to get somebody to come back to the window. They just are horrible and you try to call corporate to complain and all you get is an ad for a medical alert device. I don’t know what’s going on with Dunkin but they really are telling the world. They just don’t care anymore.
