I went thru the drive thru and ordered my coffee. I got up to the window after checking my DD app and I saw there was an apple twist for $1. I asked if I could add it to my order and the employee had no issue with that at all. She was very friendly and the staff was quick with my order. I will come back when in that part of town.

We got an Uber Eats order this morning for the office and everything was incorrect. The bagels and cream cheese were all un-toasted (I did confirm we ordered toasted) and they were dry. The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was burnt to a crisp and inedible. I am especially disappointed that someone thought it was ok to let food leave your restaurant like this blackened sandwich.

I ordered a dozen of donuts an employee and a black shirt drop bags on the floor and did not throw them away she put them back and the holster they were in and was not wearing gloves that is cross-contamination maybe I should just contact the health department and file a complaint

This is by far my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts branch.
The first time I ate here was after spending 3 weeks lost in the desert. The search and rescue team stopped in here prior to taking me to the hospital.

I’m constantly disappointed with my order. The last drink I got was passed off as a mocha latte but it was really milk and melted ice with a hint of chocolate and whisper of coffee- not sweet, barely any flavor. Unfortunately this is commonplace with this location. More often than not, the staff seems overwhelmed, and more than once I got to the window where they were loudly complaining to each other and couldn’t be bothered to say hello to me. Do better.

Ordered on the app today at 8:50, got there at around 9:00 just to be told half of the donuts I wanted (strawberry with sprinkles and vanilla with sprinkles) they did not have, I then asked them to change it to chocolate with sprinkles and glaze just to be told there wasn’t enough(only got a dozen donuts)? Not sure how they did not have some of their most popular ones for breakfast…As well as I had a mobile order so you can prepare it before I even get there, right? Not sure I will go back to this location.
