Got in the drivethru at 6:55pm. Lady came on the speaker and said they were closed…I was confused bc they close at 8pm, which their store hours say and I’ve been before closer to 8. I said what do you mean you’re closed it’s not even 7pm. She simply replied, yeah we are closed. Not sure what’s going on but as I drive past 3 employees we’re inside just inside cleaning up.

Im not giving ANY stars. This location is terrible now. Oct 31 BOTH ladies working were the rudest ever. One wearing a giant alien on herbsck costume could barely even walk around in the kitchen without knocking things over. [Pictured] No apologies no nothing about the coffee being made wrong. Then just took ice out of it put more coffee in it and gave it to me. Didnt think theyre allowed to do that! Today took 5 minutes just to get someone on the speaker. I mobile ordered ahead of time. Im not exaggerating i got in line at 7 and it was past 730 when i got my coffee in the drive thru. 4 cars were in front of me. She tried giving me the wrong coffee. I told her how unbelievably horrible its being run now and about the two ladies the day before then asked who the manager was.
She claimed to be the manager! If thats true, corporate needs to get involved and wipe that slate clean asap!

This store started out really strong. Quick, accurate, and friendly service. Over the last several months, it has gotten worse every week. I feel like it’s a painful experience to order a simple coffee from some of their staff. Just today, I had to repeat my order a minimum of 4 times. It wasn’t anything special either. Just a simple off the menu selection.
Please Duncan bring back a competent manager.

Yesterday I had ordered a drink and a Turkey Sausage, Egg and Cheese on an English Muffin via Drive-Thru. I was given an Egg and Cheese on an English Muffin instead. I didn’t notice until I was on the road of the mistake, I took a photo and kept my receipt along with the printed out item receipt. I wasn’t able to turn around and get the mistake resolved, but I stopped by the next day and showed my photos and receipt to a cashier. The manager fixed the issue, and it wasn’t a big deal by any means. Give this place a chance, the staff is more than willing to work with you to resolve an issue in the event that one arises. The mistake was not intentional. Thanks to the staff and manager involved (I didn’t get their names). Should this have to happen? I don’t know, I’ve never worked in the food industry so I don’t feel like I have any sort of say, though having the mistake fixed was easy. Cut these folks some slack and talk to them like they’re people. At the end of the day, they’re just people like you and I.

When handed my coffee it felt pretty light but I had to wait to check it once I got home to see how low it actually was. I think it was spilt prior to giving it to me, this was not a medium, filled like a small and had sticky on the outside of mouth piece and on cup as if it spilt. I paid for the medium. The taste was not good. I ordered caramel craze latte. This is the 3rd disappointing order here. I’m not coming to this location again. I’m concerned about cleanliness or proper care here unfortunately. I don’t like giving reviews but after 3 issues I’m checked out.
Edit** unfortunately something on sand which I got tasted freezer burnt (never had a sandwich here). I had pepper bacon, cheese, egg on croissant. I can’t imagine it was a taste of something on the sand which but there’s no sure way to tell.
Please please train employees and set standards to close things properly and store things and check dates if that’s not being done. I feel these things get overlooked so easily and can make many people sick.
I gave 2 stars because the guy at window was nice at least. Next time I’ll check things before driving away

I stopped here yesterday for some breakfast and coffees. I spent forty dollars. I took a bite of the sandwich and it had a burnt taste. I took a second bite and it was a chemical burnt taste. It was like my food was cooked in an electrical fire. They also gave me two wrong coffees. I tried to call to warn them about the chemical toxic flavor in the food but the number listed is not on service. I tried calling corporate but nobody returned my call. The toxic flavor gave me a migraine for most of the morning because I couldn’t wash the taste out of my mouth. If you have ever smelled a burnt electrical fire, that’s what it tasted like for hours.

A 15 minute wait and there barely being 3 cars in front of me is beyond ridiculous. Some people have work or important events to get to. But to wait just for a medium iced coffee I will never be coming to this one ever again!!! I will be letting others know stay away!
