What in the friendliness is going on here? While we were on vacation, I was so excited to see a Dunkin’ Donuts since our small town in Utah doesn’t have one. We stopped by for a coffee, breakfast sandwich, and a small box of munchkins. Not only was it all delicious, but the drive-through service was so friendly. Thanks for the great service, you made our vacation exceptional!

I came here on 1/28 at 8:00am. The drive thru line was pretty long so I decided to order inside. There was no one in line. The lady at the register told me multiple times that she would be right with me. After waiting 15 minutes she told me that she has to close the register and I can’t order. Seriously?? Would’ve been nice to know 15 minutes prior.. I used to be a manager of a Dunkin several years ago and I know that this is NOT the way you treat your customers. I would’ve went somewhere else ♀️ now I won’t have time to get my morning breakfast and coffee before work :/ very disappointing. Will not be back at this location…

I frequently go to this location as it is on my work route. The staff is always nice and quick, the morning manager is very nice. The donuts always taste good and fresh! My coffee/drinks are always on point too. I like this location

Sent my brother to get donuts for the family we have coming into town this morning . This is how he returned with two dozen doughnuts in bags ? Everything is stuck together and smashed. I am embarrassed to show this to my family . You should be too . Went straight in the trash.Spoke with the manager on the phone as he was just stepping in he was apologetic and offered us to come get our money back or get another order . I appreciate the offer however family is here. Just fix it .

Avoid this place!! We were here on a Sunday on September 7 at 10:15am and had ordered coffee, a dragonfruit refresher, donuts, and a breakfast sandwich. The girl behind the counter, Kaitlyn, took our order. We received the food but no drinks. Order placed at ~10:15. When I went to the counter to stand in line to get someone to help, I saw the associate even look my direction at me several times. There was another customer in front of me who had 4 orders to place, so by the time I got to the counter to explain, I just asked for a refund. It was over 20 minutes later at 10:36 by the time the refund occurred. The manager who was at her register had just assisted the prior customer. When I explained what happened and that I wanted a refund, he did not apologize or make any attempt at even attempting to make the situation better or express any kind of remorse for what happened. Kaitlyn, you and your manager should be proud, I’m also emailing corporate about the experience. You had better hope your manager is the same manager who follows you for life because both of you have no customer service skills!! This is not acceptable for a business that already charges higher prices during a time of inflation and poor consumer confidence.

This dunkin location is what keeps me going some days. Even when I am in the depths of despair, they have always found a way to make my days better with their amazing customer service & slay coffee. They have been there for me through life’s most non-slay moments. On days when I didn’t know how I was going to get through the day with my 2 children, they welcomed us with open arms and sprinkled donuts. Through rainy days, technology malfunctions, even life malfunctions, this dunkin location will forever have my heart.

The frosted donuts are so sweet you can get a cavity just by biting into it. No other dunkin glazes there donuts before frosting them if I wanted a glazed donut I would have bought a glazed donut not a frosted one.

I spent over $8 for 6 heart shaped brownie batter donuts. There was a smear of filling in them, and they taste stale. I don’t get it. They quality of DD has gone downhill so much, I don’t think I will go back. Is it too hard to push the plunger and put the filling in? Is it too expensive? Or, do you just not care? What a rip off!

Went in, the girl with the black and red hair makes the worst drinks. Someone please train her. The picture below is supposed to be a Carmel Latte with an Add shot. It sucks because if I order when she is there my drink sucks. If she isn’t working my drinks are great. Retrain her. Not to mention just dropping the drinks on the counter and walking away.

My avocado toast didn’t seem to be toasted, but the amount of avocado sort of made up for that. The coffee was horrendous. I asked for an extra light, and it definitely was not. I ended up having to add sugar just to barely drink it. I’ll I’m sure that’s just my taste, of course.
