I ordered the cook butter cloud foam latte and they didn’t add the cold foam or the sprinkles on top. Like it tasted mid. I include the picture of the drink and sticker that shows what goes on the drink.

I did a mobile order because I thought it would be quicker than going through the drive-through because it is a Tuesday morning and every time I drive by it’s pretty busy. Boy was I wrong.
I walk in and it has been like 10 minutes since I placed my order thinking it would be done so I asked and I said hey I have a mobile order and the ladies like we know we’ll get to you.
First off, how would you even know that I had a mobile order I was just informing them so they didn’t feel like they had to take my order and then I was like hey can I actually add something on my order. I wanted to add donut holes, but I had no idea how much I could order, like if they only come in six or 12. I stood at the counter for like 15 minutes waiting for someone to come just add donuts onto my order and no one came.
I don’t ever get the donuts here. I just get their coffee mainly so I was just wondering and she completely ignored me because she walked away and then put my mobile order up and almost like slammed my food down onto the counter and then I just gave up trying to order donuts so I grabbed my food and I left. The people in there were staring at me because I only wanted just to order donuts and they took forever to even take my order, which never even gotten taken.
I will not be returning based on how slow, rude, and inconsistent. Everything is here. I also asked for light ice. This does not look like light ice.
This was November 18, 2025 at 8:00am. Why do you hire workers that cannot make a simple drink and warm up food? I worked at Jamba Juice for two years in high school. Making drinks is not a difficult task at all!!!!

Everytime I have been here I am greeted and treated nicely. According to other reviews they don’t experience this but I believe it has to do with the fact that I smile and greet everyone no matter where I go. So my service was great and drinks and food were delicious. All we need is a location in Layton or Syracuse and I’d be even more happy!!!

Im not going to tear into this location too hard. If serving good coffee is the main goal you all are way behind. Starbucks had you beat by miles. If youre going to charge starbuck prices give quality coffee. I can do the food elsewhere. Awful coffee today. Cold brew was horrible. Please get better!

I had initially written a 5 star review but have had to change it due to poor customer service. I was beyond thrilled to have a Dunkin in Utah again, I missed the coffee and would go to Vegas often to get it when all the old locations closed. I grew up drinking Dunkin’ coffee from a young age and joke that I’m addicted.
However, this location is a disappointment. From poor customer service to bad quality drinks, I’m not sure where to start.
Furthermore, after seeing friends purchase the boo bucket munchkins for $14 back home where I grew up in Massachusetts I ordered one here, the price was never listed and I was charged $30. Furthermore I also had a coupon from the booklet they gave at the grand opening, but Steve, the cashier rang my coffee in and didn’t scan my coupon but kept it.
I thought the price had to have been a mistake since it’s double. Almost price gouging at its finest and reached out to Dunkin customer service. They informed me the store manager of this location would reach out to me which they never did. I reached out again and was told that the store manager made attempts to contact me, but was unsuccessful. They verified my information. I still have not heard back and I’m beyond frustrated. Clearly, there’s a lack of training here.

I decided to give this place another shot because the service was crappy when they first opened. Went in today and not one thing has changed with their service. Everyone was in a bad mood and spoke barely any English. It even came to the point where she turned the ordering screen around and asked me to show her, because she wasn’t understanding. Sadly I know from when it first opened these reviews mean nothing if they still have the same manager from the beginning because he was the one that gave us the worst customer service in the beginning. Don’t even worry about ordering drinks they will screw them up no matter what you get! Last time I ordered just a hot coffee with cream and sugar and they still managed to make it taste like trash! This time around all I ordered to drink was just a frozen coffee and it tasted like blended up ice with a splash of cream! Promise when I travel outside of Utah I stop at many Dunkin Donuts and yet to come across one this horrible! Not one employee seemed in a good mood. If providing customer service isn’t their thing then why did they pick up a job where they have to interact with customers???

I love dunkin. I was so happy one is back in Utah. However, this location sucks. I mobile order because I am always running late going to work. But my order is ALWAYS messed up. Cold foam is missing or the drink is completely different…and if I have any questions about it they just always say “change it in the app”. Customer service and comprehension needs to change or this dunkin is going to go under really fast. Especially with all the other reviews that seem to be having the same issues as me.

It doesn’t follow Dunkin’s standards. My wife and I are lactose intolerant. We ordered almond milk, but it came without it, and we got very sick. In addition, the iced cappuccino doesn’t meet the standards of the DD franchise. I drive all over the country, and this experience was horrible.

Terrible! Tried Dunkin’ Donuts for the first time since they returned to Utah, and was very disappointed. I used to love Dunkin’s and ate there frequently. I stopped by today at 9 am, when donuts should be fresh, and was given a stale donut that seemed like it was yesterday’s batch. The hashbrowns were soggy and a much smaller portion than last time I purchased (granted that was 5 years ago) regardless I won’t be returning
