How could you sell something like this to anyone. I was the only one this morning and then yet I received a burned croissant. I went back to the store, no apologies just straight up attitude for their mistake. Horrible customer service. Never had this problem in the past with previous employees.

I went to this Dunkin’ at exactly 11:30 AM during my lunch break. I was the only car in the drive-thru. A female employee told me, “I’ll be right with you,” but I waited 20 minutes and no one ever came back. I had to leave and return to work without even getting anything. This isn’t the first time, another time I arrived around 12:50 PM, they told me to wait, then came back at 1 PM just to say they were closed. This location is on a military base, and it’s really disappointing how little they accommodate service members and their families. If the staff doesn’t want to work, give others the opportunity. If they don’t want to serve during certain hours, just update the hours. Total disgrace.

If I could give them a negative star for the atmosphere and service, I would these women sound miserable when they take your order. They look miserable when you get to the window. I hate going through here idk why today I went. Quicker. Alexxa you need to learn to smile and maybe take on customer service skills because you refuse to reach to get my card. You refuse to reach to give me back my card and you refuse to reach to give me my drink when I reach as far as I could your lack of care or anything, it seems like it is gone. I don’t know. I really think Dunkin needs to get in and do quality control because this location is horrible. Customer service and feels like a negative atmosphere. I never thought I would say I would definitely choose Ellis over this location.

I just ordered online was the last order of the day 12:17 and I picked up at 12:28 they close at 1PM. $40 went to pick up and I ordered a brisket and half my order didn’t have ingredients no eggs no peppers they literally put 3 hash browns with melted cheese over top. My bagel sandwich didn’t have eggs, and was a croissant… ordered 3 bacons 2 hash brown sides got 3 out of the 5. If I could give 0 stars I would and when I called back no one answered.

How difficult is it to order from the menu? The communication is terrible with the employees here. If they don’t like their jobs; get a new one! There was no one else in line. I wanted to order 2 classic donuts. They repeatedly asked “what kind?” “Do you care if I get one for you?”They listed so many.. A classic donut as displayed on the menu was not that complicated to order if they actually knew how to do their job correctly.

This Dunkin Donuts isn’t quite as good as the other Dunkin Donuts that I have visited. I have to wait every single time I have done to this location. Not really a big deal, but I’ve never waited LESS than 15 minutes. I just order a coffee and a wrap. What takes so long?
In their defense, this location is usually busy, but I mean… come on! They have to figure out a more efficient way of getting these orders ready. When I go to other locations, they could be just as busy but still manage to clear their lines in half the time.
On a positive note, I’ve never had my order messed up, or it tasting bad. So, that’s probably why I’m still waiting to go to this location.
