I am not a fan of running (literally); however, I do “run” on Dunkin’ from time to time, similar to their slogan. My daughter and I decided to stop here on 1 Aug 2025 for some much needed fuel before we conducted our activities for the day. I’ve always been a fan of Dunkin’ for their coffee and donuts, and of course their breakfast sandwiches. Living in Las Vegas, the Dunkin’ restaurants are a hit-or-miss with respect to food quality and service…sometimes the food and service is adequate and other times, the food isn’t thoroughly warmed up and you’re waiting forever for your food. So visiting a new Dunkin’ restaurant always has me skeptical from the beginning, unfortunately.
We ordered the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a Plain Bagel, Avocado Toast, Bacon Wake-Up Wrap, Hash Browns, Glazed Donut, Maple Donut, Regular Coffee (of course), and an Orange Juice. Hands-down, this was one of the best-prepared sandwiches I’ve received in a long time. The warm items (bagel sandwich, wrap, and hash browns) were a perfect temperature with zero cold spots. The donuts were made to perfection, says my once in a while splurge towards unhealthy eating…and the coffee definitely hit the spot that late morning/early afternoon.
The service was great; and although I didn’t see smiling faces all that much, we received our food very fast…and at the end of the day, I guess that’s all that matters. Also, I felt the dining area could’ve used some cleaning and organizing, especially since we were the only ones in the dining area. Those things should always be accomplished, but mostly during the non-peak hours. The prices are typical Dunkin’ prices; fair and reasonable – doesn’t break the bank. I’ve always had much respect for this franchise for their continued support to the active men and women of the Armed Forces, Veterans, and Law Enforcement personnel – thank you for that!
Overall, I enjoyed my experience here – no major issues. It’s evident that I should’ve eliminated my skepticism from the beginning…but that’s difficult at times for me considering my previous experiences. Definitely recommend this fast food (location) to everyone!

Pretty Dunkin donuts with friendly staff. There were 2 homeless guys in the patio outside (using the wifi) but they didn’t cause trouble (they need to go somewhere, so this is a great spot).
I’m not sure why the staff had to unlock the restroom for their patrons, but maybe they had bad experiences in the past
Anyway, the food and drinks where spot on. The place is clean and at a convenient location.

I rarely go to this Dunkin but this is not the first time I received a donut looking like this, do better. King Soopers has better looking donuts than this

A lady at the counter handed me the wrong order. I let the manager know. She played the victim card and said it was my fault for not looking at the receipt. So they have no accountability for their workers when they make mistakes. Then went on to tell me not to come back to the store ever again. I wasted 1 hour of my life driving back and forth. I suggest you check your order before you leave the store. Just saying!

Avocado toast was disgusting, not even remotely fresh. Clearly canned avocado or something. I regret putting any of it into my mouth. On the other hand the seating is great and the Wifi is excellent!

I was in the drive through when this Edward h guy was on some rampage screaming at everyone being incredibly rude and saying how he was going to leave horrible reviews everywhere he could. Pretty embarrassing. The staff here is great. Every morning or afternoon they are all incredibly kind and polite. It’s why I come back!! The manager he was referencing is phenomenal. She is so sweet every morning I’ve seen her and when they are busy she handles it well and gives a warning that it’s a bit busy and she will be with me shortly!! I think they’re all great and it’s not their fault that the line for the drive though was stretched out into the street and this guys coffee took too long for his liking

Shrinkflation has come to Dunkin, where the donuts are have been miniaturized AND prices have increased. $20 for a dozen. At least the CEO Dave Hoffman makes $10m+ a year. Used to love Dunkin, now it’s a rip off.

1 star is too many. Oblivious staff, incredibly rude “general manager”. This is not one time, this is All The Time. While at times they can be busy, other times, it’s a ghost town and you’ll still be hard pressed to get anything in a reasonable amount of time. But it starts at top, and the elderly woman in charge there should not be in charge. Horrible attitude. Was complaining out loud about “customers” when she is the obvious problem. Reporting to Boulder BBB and researching franchise ownership.
