Went to 7brew to grab coffee and they screwed it all up. So we decided to come here and they def made our morning better thank you the difference between the two dunkin is medium with all the works, 7 brew 2 small was supposed to be honey bun Blondie with the works and did not receive what I ordered. Thank you again dunkin for our amazing coffee.
P.s both different coffees were the same price too just tells you dunkins is always the best

Iced coffee is hit or miss. Sometimes taste watered down, sometimes its great.
Donuts, yeast raised types are fairly good, the better choice. Cake donuts, save your money. Always dry.
Always clean, quiet.
2 different times ordered tater tots and I think a stuffed croissant. Both were inedible and looked odd. Potatoes were pale in color, white, obviously barely warmed, zero crunch. Both had a burnt chemical taste. Had to immediately spit out. Definitely something wrong with the oven used to warm them. Made me wonder if that toxicity was as harmful as it tasted.
I don’t smell that weird smell anymore when something is baked. They must’ve fixed or replaced.

This place pays no attention to online orders I just ordered a half dozen strawberry frosted doughnuts on DoorDash and I received half glazed and half idk what they are it’s not what I paid my money for and me and my family are highly disappointed and what’s worse is I can’t call them because full voicemail don’t order from here online!

I am happy with the Hot Mocha I ordered. Service at the counter was prompt and friendly. I did however find the price to be quite high though, so it works as an occasional treat.

The staff here is usually very nice/on top of things but the lady who served us today was incredibly rude, gave us half of our order and closed the window on us without saying a word. We then asked her about our donuts which were not available despite showing they were on the app, and gave us 3 of the 4 donuts we ordered also without saying a word and closing the window on us again. We then had to go inside and get our last donuts we’d ordered and they were still incredibly rude. This is the first time I’ve had this issue with the staff here and I’m hoping it’s just the one employee but can’t day for certain. Attached is how we got one of our donuts.

I ordered an apple fritter and a chai latte and they were not what I expected from Dunkin’ Donuts. The apple fritter was the size of a hockey puck and tasted old even though it was 9:30 in the morning. My chai had no flavor and when I opened the cup it was basically warm milk! I had o add my on chai powder to it. The breakfast sandwich, I bought for my son, was tasteless and not worth the money! I spent $17 on this stuff and it wasn’t worth a damn penny! I will never go to Dunkin’ Donuts again. The quality of their products is not what I expected at all! When I tried to call it gives you a recording so you can’t talk to anyone. I don’t recommend Dunkin’ Donuts, go to Lamar’s, whose donuts are the bomb, and worth every penny you pay for it. And stick to Starbucks or better yet Dutch Brothers for your drinks cos Dunkin obviously can’t make them right!

The food/donuts were good. The girl at the drive through was very kind. However I went inside to get a dozen of donuts, and the hispanic guy with the very gross long nails was extremely rude. He acted as if I was bothering him when I walked in. He got the donuts for me, and then said it would be $17 and then walked off. He didn’t even check to see if my card had went through, he just walked away and didn’t say anything like have a good day, nothing. I haven’t been here in a long time, and I definitely will not be coming back. Also it doesn’t feel very hygienic with food when somebody has nails that long. They’re about an inch long!

Absolutely horrible employees. I have been treated horribly by them and the store manager. They have been late opening the store on more than one occasion. Causing me an other customers being unable to get our orders. Or we have sat in drive through waiting, running late, bc they cannot open the store on time. Not only does the store manager not see a problem with this or how he and his employees treat customers. Their regional manager doesn’t care either. Im sure dunkin corporate would love to know this is who is representing their company

I had a great morning here! The woman at the front, Ashley was sweet and helpful. The drink was made well and the staff was fast and kind. I haven’t been to a Dunkin like this before, made my morning 🙂

Whatever gentleman was working the drive-through was being very pushy and would not give us adequate time to respond once he asked if we needed anything else. Immediately he got back on the mic and repeated himself, making us feel rushed. He was using a tone of voice as if he was not at work and we were just irritating to him the entire time. I figured, maybe, it was busy inside, but it wasn’t. My boyfriend stopped me from saying something at the window. Somebody needs to have a talk with him. The woman that greeted us at the window was very friendly. This happened sometime after 11 AM.
