I’m very upset with my experience today. Ended up ordering inside because the drive thru line was long. They gave my breakfast item to someone else when I went to the front to let them know I was missing my avocado toast the man was rude and they were still taking forever and I had to leave because I was going to be late for work with how long I had been waiting. & to top it off my coffee was completely wrong. I’m not one to complain and I know their mornings are busy but today could have been handled better.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the repeated lack of donuts at your location. Over the past five visits, I have attempted to purchase a donut, and each time the employees have immediately informed me that there are none available. At this point, it has become a consistent issue rather than an occasional shortage.
I understand that staff members are often busy and dealing with many responsibilities, which is why I prefer to voice my concerns formally rather than directly to them and risk disrupting their shift. However, it is difficult to understand how a Dunkin’ Donuts location can be out of donuts so frequently, especially during regular business hours.
I am a regular customer, but this ongoing problem has become increasingly disappointing. I respectfully request that management look into product availability and ensure that customers can reliably purchase the items advertised.

Gas stations give better hot chocolate and service. Service has gone down drastically. Food taste and value too. I don’t know I guess around this area it’s trending that the teenagers are pompous and like they are better than you. Cup all dirty didn’t notice until I was home since it was dark and cold I assumed the cup at least would be clean.

They used to have espresso for the coffee we used to get, but for about a year now, we’ve been getting drip coffee instead of espresso in our drinks, which really diminishes the taste and the effectiveness of the coffee. Sad that the quality has quickly decayed. If we ask; of course they say it does have espresso but we cannot be fooled! We have an espresso machine at home and a drip coffeemaker at home, and we can tell the difference so quick, but what really bothers us is that they lie to your face.

Service is Incredible! I placed an order on my App for 5 dozen donuts and two boxes of Joe. They had the order ready in less than twenty minutes. The staff went out of their way to help me load it in my car.
I will be ordering from the Dunkin going forward.

Friendly service went at 9:30am on a Wednesday….. I got a signature latte with only half the signature on the front. Lol the Caramel is my favorite part and none to be found. Then my two donuts were not wrapped just dropped in the bag. What’s really going on?

This Dunkin’ doesn’t honor the policy that Dunkin’ advertise in your receipt.
Manager told me that I have to make a new purchase to get a BOGO drink but in other words you won’t get a BOGO drink because the offer won’t be validate if you don’t keep making new purchases, so the BOGO is never honored. No wonder why they never give me a receipt this is the first time I get a receipt and see this. Dunkin’ If you have this policy in your receipts honor it and train your employees or just don’t have it there.
