This place is terrible. Went by on July 6 at 1:30 pm. There was no toilet paper or paper towels at all!! Nothing in the restroom. Then one cashier with a long line. Employees were outside talking. Then the pump wouldn’t accept my fleet gas card. Had to do it manually inside. What a waste of people’s time. Never again will I stop at a pilot. You guys avoid this place. It’s not worth your time.

I enjoy their donuts a lot. Especially their jelly filled.
And unlike some places, they do not skimp on the filling.
Their staff is always friendly, and have a smile ready to share with you.

It’s a little bit misleading, it’s not an actual location. They only sell donuts, coffee, and other drinks, on a Dunkin’ Donuts labeled stand inside the Pilot travel Center. But no hot food like sandwiches, or other breakfast items.

Dunkin here sucks! It’s just donuts and coffee. Cold be Pilot coffee (which isn’t bad, but when you want Dunkin, you want the whole experience). We want the whole Dunkin experience here in Midland and Odessa!
