I go to this particular dunkin every day lately. I went this morning and when the girl tried to hand me 2 coffees at the same time. No biggie right?! Sometimes they don’t put enough splenda so I have to add my own rt around the corner. No biggie there either. I asked the girl this morning if I could take a quick sip to make sure it was sweet enough. She said ” Make it quick ma’am, I’m on a timer. I asked what? Wasn’t sure I heard her right. She said , with a little hand gestures, make it quick ma’am, I am on a timer. I was shocked. I guess I didn’t realize dunkin was now a take it as it is place now. I told her she didn’t have to be rude. She said I am not being rude ma’am. Just be quick. So even I though I really love getting my coffee there ( always tip). I will not be going back. It really put a sadness on my whole day. I deserve to be treated better

I ordered avocado toast topped with bacon. It had about an 1/8 of a piece of bacon crumble on it. The only bagel flavor they had at 11am was a plain bagel. I asked for it unsliced and not toasted or heated. It was sliced and toasted. I was in the drive through so I tried to wave them down and asked for my bagel the way I ordered it. But the two employees were far away and one was looking at their phone while the other was talking to them. Ridiculous.

Great service! They know how to make it right! They always stir up the coffee just right so you don’t get all of the sugar in one gulp! Great people with a smile!! Great food as well!!

Strike after strike after strike. 1. No TP in the bathroom. 2. Waited for like 15 minutes literally no one in the store… still no coffee.. i asked a lady who continued taking orders what the eta was on my coffee she was like I’m so sorry I’ll get right on it.. 3. another 5 minutes later still no coffee i speak to the other person and there was no accountability for the failure in service. Not amused and do not recommend

Not sure WHY I keep going back here – without fail, this location takes *forever* to prep my (generally pretty straightforward/simple) coffee order, and they’re almost always either “out of” something that I’m trying to order (like…espresso?? So weird) or dink up my order. Or (often) both.

I went Monday @around 11 or 12 in the afternoon. I ordered a cereal milk latte. The order looked as if it was just milk. I tasted it and was very sweet like it just consisted of milk and not espresso. I asked for it to be made again, which the young man obliged. However, I was greeted at the window by a young lady who reached out the new coffee with a straw into my car and told me thank you I a very condescending way and shut her window before I could even say anything. She seemed very annoyed that I asked for my order to be fixed and the order was still wrong btw. I would never go back to that location. Horrible attitude.
