Went to drive thru. Ordered egg&cheese with bacon on english muffin charged for 4 bacon and no bacon added to egg&cheese sandwich. I clearly repeated order and they said “Yes mam” !! I even gave tip on drive thru.. not sure why people cant follow simple requests. Called to let them know phone does not work. Voice mail is full

I placed a mobile order and arrived to find the drive-thru completely empty — no rush, no line, no reason for what followed. As I pulled up to the window, I was abruptly hurried to “grab my coffee” as if my mere presence was an inconvenience. There was no greeting, no courtesy — just an impatient handoff that felt more like being dismissed than served.

To make matters worse, I was charged for cold foam that I never received, and no one bothered to mention it was unavailable. Instead, my drink was practically shoved out the window without a word. I left not only without what I paid for, but without the basic level of service any customer should expect.

It’s disappointing when a simple coffee run turns into an experience that feels disrespectful. I genuinely hope the employee who treated me this way never has to experience the same indifference — because I’m certain she would not tolerate it herself.

This level of service is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location, and I would caution others to reconsider as well. There are plenty of people who would value the opportunity to work at a place like Dunkin’ and treat customers with professionalism — unfortunately, that was not reflected in my experience. Yes this deserved a long post. ‍↔️

Excellent iced mocha Latte for me and caramel for my hubby. Our donut treats were fresh and delicious as well. Definitely recommend this selection and prefer Dunkin over other chain coffee shops and it won’t break the bank, bonus.

I really like Dunkin coffee. I appreciate that many of the specialty coffee drinks can be made with decaf unlike most other fast food restaurants like McDonald’s as an example. I go to this location frequently and I have never had my order messed up. I am deducting two stars for the food because a certain percentage of the food items are way overpriced for what you get and some are literally a scam like the hash browns with melted cheese and bacon bits. It cost $3.99 vs. plain hash browns at $1.25….so that is a $2.74 difference. You don’t get anymore hash browns and only the smallest sprinkle of cheese and bacon imaginable. A total scam. Although I didn’t take a pic until after eating the couple hash browns on top, you can at least see that the hash browns on the bottom had no cheese on them. Unacceptable at that price. I also think the bagel sandwiches at almost $5 are also not worth the price since they’re dry and there isn’t a way to modify and add butter to improve them. Also, the hash browns are frequently in my bag broken into pieces making them hard to eat. I also think the add-on charge for whipped cream or caramel or cold foam at over $.55 for the miniscule amount you get is too high especially for an already overpriced drink as it is. Also, there should be a gluten free food offering in this day and age.

I pulled up to the drive way around 6:45 pm and no one answered. I pulled around to park and get off because I really wanted a coffee before starting my 12 hour shift and see an employee standing in the back on her phone just so that she could tell me they were closed. At this point it’s 6:51pm. Should service still have been available?

If I could give zero stars I would but that’s not possibleAt about 8:10 AM I pulled into the Dunkin drive-through cars were waiting in line. I finally get to the drive-through and I take a couple minutes to order cause there’s still a long line in front of me and they weren’t really moving so then a lady gets on the Speaker and tells me do I need help finding something I said no and then she says it again rudely and I say I am reading taking my time cause I can’t see , She proceeds to tell me well we don’t let them customers. Wait because we get in trouble By her boss. So I hurry up and choose something. When I get to the window, she’s standing there with an attitude. She has pink or red glasses on, didn’t get her name. But it almost seems like she’s trying to intimidate me, When she brings my drink because I always order very light ice, she proceeds to show me the drink and says this is how the drink is gonna come and there’s like a whole lot missing I say whatever just add more ice when I get the drink, I taste it after driving away and it taste like absolute dirt and cigarette ashes the drink was awful. The customer service was awful. I will not be returning to this location. It’s obvious that they don’t care about their customers only drive time.

Very rude. Lady in drive thru rushing us to order and said she will get I trouble by her boss if we don’t hurry. I understand speed of service but rushing a customer is crazy. White lady with red glasses. First and last time at this location

The customer service here is horrible. They are always out of everything. I did a mobile order and asked for specific things and they still couldn’t get it right. And to top it off, the product they did give me, that was already wrong, was horrible and stale. I ordered hash browns with only queso, no bacon. It had bacon on it. And the hash browns were inedible. So thanks..

When I pulled up to the drive through, nobody was there and the girl came on the intercom and said “how can I help you??” In a rude tone and then acted like I was an inconvenience the whole time. Do better! Other locations are not like this. This is why I stopped going here but I decided to give them another chance. Now I remember why I stopped going there. Awful!
