Drive-thru cashier was rude and rushed us. Cinnamon raisin bagel was burnt and hard. Glazed donut was cold. It wasn’t busy, there was no line and this was a Saturday morning at 9:01am on 12/20. Unacceptable.

I’ve been eating Dunkins a long time(even before Munchkins were born)and I was thrilled to see Dunkin opened in Manvel just a few miles from my house and on thr same road I take to work.
This new location is beautiful and I look forward twice a week to walk in and pick up donuts for me and my co-workers.
The manager, Christina, always recommends great donuts(and different drnks)! Everyone has been friendly and prompt and I will keep visiting at least twice a week.

The cashier was very helpful. I told him that I was allergic to eggs and he suggested the bacon grilled cheeseburger. I am highly satisfied with my caramel frappe, Frappuccino and my sandwich. I will be returning to come get coffee every morning before I go to school.

We ordered online for our coffees and a wake up wrap. They didn’t have any eggs at the time and did not have a substitute equivalent. Unfortunately we couldn’t get any help online from their website, so when we came in today, they made it for us because they have eggs. Made us want to keep coming back! Glad we now a Dunkin in Manvel! I haven’t been to a Dunkin where the employees are nice and actually provide good customer service. I hope it lasts! So far one of the best locations and I’ve been to a lot of them up north, east coast and now houston area. Keep up the good work! God bless!

Had an iced coffee order with sugar free vanilla I’m a type 1 diabetic and even asked if it had sugar. Got to my car realized I’ve never in my life tasted sugar free vanilla to be this sweet. Checked it with my meter and it had 446 grams of sugar in one tiny milliliter. They remade it but will not ever be back. Something like that would change my entire day. 0/5 not cool would not recommend.

I tried them when they first opened and the donuts were horrible and the sausage egg croissant was burnt. Went back today thinking surely they would have it together, but nope it is still disgusting! Cold donuts that are stale. I have eaten at many Dunkin’s and love them! This is not the Dunkin’s that I know and love.

Not a place to go. Visited the store last Sunday, 15 February 2026. Waited for almost 20 mins, and NOT ONE of the service crew acknowledged our presence, notwithstanding my wife and myself were the only customers inside the store at that time. We regularly get our Dunkin doughnuts from the Broadway St, Pearland (neat Home Depot), where the crew is always ever attentive to serve customers. We just thought of trying the new Dunkin store at Manvel Town Center, only to experience horrible customer service. Maybe just another case of BAD HIRE crews who barely have an understanding of the value of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This was my first time at this location.. was not greeted was felt more ignored. A bigger guy gets to the register does not say a word just stared at me.. I asked if he was ready and he just nods his head. Took a while to get my drink. While waiting I was asked twice if someone helped me and then they asked what I was waiting for. The girl apologized that it took so long and made my drink and gave it to me. It looked clean just didn’t seem organized well and lacking in customer service.
