Ordered avocado toast, hashbrowns and strawberry smoothie in drive thru. Avocado toast was warm and good. Hashbrowns were hot, but could’ve been crispier. I loved the smoothie abs staff there were more flavor options! Will return to order more items. Cashier was kind also.

I always get my order wrong here and bad service. My kids think this place is great. So decided to try again and they messed up my order again. If you notice the sticker says Hot. The picture shows that it is iced. Been to this location about 4 times. Always had an issue each time.

I’m obsessed with this Dunkin‘ Donuts! Service is great, prices are phenomenal and I was able to get any size coffee with my points. They don’t guilt trip you about tipping when going through the drive through and the value is great. My son loves the donuts and I love the coffee. It’s a win win.

Every time I order loaded hash browns the hash browns are sometimes served hot but the cheese is ice cold. I don’t know what would make anyone serve ice cold food. What’s worse is it is every visit as if this is normal.

I like coming here from time to time. The service is good at times it is hard to get someone to see u when u go in but they are busy. This particular time we went …we were looking at drinks we had our order ready but had to look around 4 different times because all the ones we ordered were no longer on the menu. But they were still showing available. 4 people we left with one drink. Still tasty.

This Dunkin is so hit or miss and it’s so sad cause it’s the closest of the two in the area. The iced coffee tastes different every time and is completely not drinkable at least once a week. The food is not always great either, the loaded hash-browns almost always have cold spots in them. When it’s good, it’s delicious but when it’s not, I have the throw it out. I have asked them to remake it a couple times but always get a ton of attitude when I do so I’ve stopped trying. I hope they can figure out how to make the food/drinks consistent and reliable.

I know it’s hard to believe, but this is the first time I have ever been to a dunkin’ donuts . Yeah, I’m used to going to Starbucks. But this is a nice change of pace. Nice options and very good food. It was nice just to sit down and enjoy myself, and I look forward to going to more dunkin’ donuts in the future.

Repeated order mishaps every visit, I’ve been to this Dunkin’ Donuts countless times expecting good service, but unfortunately every visit ends in confusion. Whether it’s the intercom or the employees my order is almost always wrong or misunderstood. It sucks because I love Dunkin coffee, they really need to get on their A game. I do not recommend this location.

Ordered at the drive through. Was greeted with “What do you want “ I like your products, but you hire people and don’t train them right.
Also, I get the avocado toast with the bacon on top. The bacon used to look like strips of bacon on my toast, now it looks like you dig the crumbs out of the bottom of the fryer and put it on top of the toast. Very disappointed with my visit this morning. Shamiri was the gal that took my order in the drive thru and gave me my food and drink. She doesn’t need to be running your drive thru. Hospitality should be number one, but I give this a negative one
