I always order in this location because is close to my work I ordered 2 coffee’s one ice and one hot the lady that was there this morning was so rude I told her I order a hot one because she gave too ice’s coffees one was a pumpkin spicy and the other one a caramel signature latte and she close the window in my face. She didn’t even let me finish speaking at the end she gave me both of them pumpkin spice iced coffees, and there was one pumpkin spice hot and the other was it was a caramel signature latte cold I had to leave because I was running late for work. Worst experience ever.

When this Dunkin first opened it was terrible. We drove there from Mont Belvieu to find it closed during posted business hours on multiple occasions. Now, however, it seems to be under new management and it has been amazing. The service has been pleasant and polite. The dining area is always clean. The food is fresh, especially in the morning. We drive past many donut shops to make the drive here because they are just better.

I have stopped at this location a few times on my way to my parents house. The coffee is good. However the donuts are cold. Today I stopped by with my grandson for donut holes and they were cold and hard! There are too many donut places making daily fresh donuts just go there. Don’t bother to drive to this Dunkin’ Donuts!

I drove 25 mins and it was worth it. Very fast and friendly service. Best pumpkin latte around. Highly recommend Dunkin. Any other coffee chain doesn’t come close.
