This location is horrible. They made me wait way too long for bagel bites I received with cold hard cream cheese. My son’s sandwich bun was fully cut or broken in two. He fused to eat it. The cheese was not an ounce melter. I called and got told I had to be there for a refund. I was 20 mins away as I do not live in or near Fulshear/Richmond. Came back showed the receipt and they did not process the refund for items I had two of despite seeing the receipt. I called back and the guy said it was his mistake and he would text me a giftcard. No giftcard came. I have called 10 times and get told a manager is never there. This time a manager was there and she refused to come to the phone. I asked them to take down my name and number for a return call. Sebastian hung up on me and blocked my number. I can’t get through. I also recorded the call. When I drove to the location a hour later, Sebastian confirmed he hung up on me and blocked my number. Terrible customer service.

This is the worst Dunkin location I have ever been.
Attention DD corporate, check this place out bc I know it won’t meet your standards.
*Why are all your donuts stale and wet? Bc you have them sitting by an open window and the heat/humidity melts them.
*Why do you only have a limited selection of donuts? Who really cares bc they will be disgusting as well in that environment.
*Why do you advertise that you have more types of donuts on the board to order? who cares they will be gross anyway.
Obviously the donuts are not edible and the coffee takes way worse. How does dunkin screw up their coffee, which is what they are known for?
Save your money and wait till you can go to another location. I am so let down and will never waste my money here again.

Everyone is always kind and friendly. I go here often, and have become known to most of the staff. I’ve gone to this location, at different times of the day and evening, and haven’t had one bad experience with any of the staff. Once my drink wasn’t made properly, I took it back and they remade it within moments. This is a brand new location, and they’re figuring some things out. I agree that the doughnuts shouldn’t be uncovered AND right next to the drive-thru window. It’s unsanitary and it leaves room for the quality of the doughnuts to be depleted. Other than that, everyone tries to provide good customer service, which I love. They also try to make your orders correctly and in a timely manner. I enjoy this location, and so far, I’ve enjoyed everyone that I’ve come in contact with. Shout out to Maria, who be on top of the quality control! She’s superb and I love how she checks and double checks everything before handing it to you. Glad to have a Dunkin’ in the area!

It’s the old Salad n Go place, so there’s a walk up window and a drive through line. I’ve been waiting in line at the walk up window and waiting for my one donut and one nitro cold brew for 30 minutes. It’s disorganized and slow…. After asking for my order, they apologized and told me it was in the wrong spot.

Ordered online and when I went to pick up, the staff didn’t seem to know what my order was and kept asking me to repeat it. They also didn’t have the donuts I ordered, even though it was still early in the morning. A lot of food items were already gone and the place seemed unorganized. The staff definitely needs more training. Really disappointing experience.

This place was terrible they were so mean and they try to close earlier than they actually do and they make there drinks so watery and they wouldn’t let us have separate orders and they tried making us leave the car and the food and drinks tasted so weird and watery I found a few hairs in my food it had such bad service they were so rude about everything. I’ve tried giving many tries but it was just too much and stressing definitely never going here again
